Jake and his crew did a great job, as always.

As usual, Jake is passionate about his work and nothing short of completely professional and friendly. He takes care of my pond as if it were his. He and I have developed a friendship because of his passion for what he does and my respect for his work.

Jake was a breath of fresh air. From the first phone call, to the VERY detailed quote, all the way to the end product was done professionally. It was very pleasurable dealing with him as the entire way through the project he was always concerned about making certain I was happy with everything. It was a very different experience then I have had in the past, especially since most of these type of contractors fail to 1) followup and 2) show up. You are guaranteed the results that you are looking for when you work with him. This profession needs more of his type.

Not good. I had to set up an additional pump for water flow for my fish. He finally admitted that pump was bad. It took 20 days to install and re-clean the pond (initially 3 days to receive pump.) Pond was left in dirty condition, came back the following week 7 more days, and drained the pond for the 3rd time.. 2200 gal. of water each time at my expense. Looked clean, but still had sludge in bottom, which he said would dissolve. It did not. He offered to use power washer and use chemicals as I wanted, but I would have to sign a waiver relieving him of any danger. During this process, he stood me up 2 times. His inability to clean an ecosystem pond has cost me 2 extra water refills, daily cleaning & excessive string algae. Consultation fees from eco pond specialist, filters and chemicals which he charged me for but did not receive. Notified him 6 wks. later that pump was acting up again.. told him I wanted a full refund, offered 1/2 of money back with conditions. Pond is 4 yrs. old.

Jake was very conscientious about meeting our needs, including budget and timing. He was always available for input and did the work carefully. For example, he worked around our irrigation system and underground cables. The finished product looks wonderful and has added valuable living space to our outdoor living. Jake really went out of his way to make sure we were going to be happy with the final materials used-very open to meeting to review stone selections at quarries, etc.

This was a complicated job. We had a small pond installed by a local landscaper about 2 years ago, which turned out to be a nightmare--poorly conceived and leaking so much that we had to refill it daily. We wanted a pond expert to assess what could be done. Jake was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and offered two options to address the situation: repair the existing pond or tear it out and start from scratch. We decided to go with the second (more expensive) option in order to achieve a better functioning, easier-to-maintain pond. Jake listened to what we wanted and worked with us on the design, even making a significant change at our request mid-installation. Because of the complication of this job (removing existing pond, relocating pavers, and working around irrigation system), we hit a few snags along the way, but Jake was great in resolving all issues that arose and the final product is outstanding. We love our pond and would recommend Jake highly.

The project was the best. From the start we were impressed with Jake's vision and plan for our Patio. Starting with the initial contact via email to our first meeting to discuss Jake's initial plan we knew we were working with the right company. Jake is a man of his word and met and exceeded all of our expectations. From the start we explained what our expectations were and emphasized that we demanded timely and consistent communication regarding the time line and status of our project. Jake either emailed (preferred) or called when he said he would. Jake and his crew were always willing to answer any and all questions. All emails and and voice mails were always promptly returned.

The work was done in November/December with the completion in mid-December. Jake was very prompt on providing a bid and was pro-active. The patio looks great and has lots of extras.

We did not go ahead with the project due to our finances. We will use Jake's company when we do decide to work on the outside of our house again. Jake is very knowledgeable and professional.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Jake was very responsive in preparing a bid after the initial meeting. Jake has a great deal of knowledge in the technical aspects of building water features and was able to advise regarding a design that would suit our needs and location. He was able to complete the work in the estimated time (about a week). The water feature is beautiful and operates just as we had hoped, fitting into our space in both size and design.

Jake did an excellent job. When we first met him, we knew he was the person for the job. He was personable and offered creative ideas and inspiration for the space. He continued to be enthusiastic about the project from start to finish. He was able to start the project within 3 weeks of accepting the proposal and completed the work within 1 week. His staff was courteous and hardworking. The whole project was done by hand without large equipment to destroy our surrounding landscape. We love our patio and are very pleased with the end product! I would highly recommend Jake and his company for any outdoor landscaping project.

JAKE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. HE WAS ALWAYS PROMPT AND DID WHAT HE SAID HE'D DO. I USE MY PATIO ALL THE TIME AND LOVE IT! HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND TOOK A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I FELT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY FAIR FOR WHAT HE DID.

JAKE AND HIS CREW WERE INCREDIBLE IN EVERY SENSE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STREAM AND POND SYSTEM, THAT IS SO VERY UNIQUE, AND IMPECCABLE IN QUALITY. THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PROVIDED SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, AND PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN. PRICING WAS MORE THAN FAIR - ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CONSIDER THE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF HIS WORK. IF MEMBERS ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO DESIGN AND BUILD A WATER FEATURE, LOOK NO FURTHER.

JAKE AND HIS CREW WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ALL PHASES - FROM DESIGN TO FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THE CUSTOM JOB THEY DID WAS NEARLY ARTISTIC. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CAREFUL TO PROTECT THE REST OF THE YARD. THEIR FOLLOW-UP HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AS WELL.
