Description of Work: first appt removed viruses. 2nd appt cleaned up laptop when IP address had been hacked; then installed new pc and monitor on desktop, since IP was affected there as well. mr thaci is professional, personable and knowledgeable in his work. i would highly recommend him. he gives you options when he comes to your house (ie fix it onsight or at his business lab) depending on what is convenient for you and how serious the problem is. very upfront with pricing and advice re

 + -1 moreI called their number 614 432 2255 and I actually spoke to e live person. The appointment was set for the same day. I got my computer back the very next day. The staff was very friendly and accurate. I couldn't believe when I saw him at my doorstep at 4:30 PM sharp, at what time was the appointment set for. Everything works fine for me now and I will use their services again.
Description of Work: My computer crashed and PC Repair on Call was able to bring it back to life save all my documents and the best thing is that they came to my house to pick up and drop off for no extra charge.
