Mark was always prompt at responding to my questions and concerns. He matched my existing doors and windows for the new addition to provide a unified look for the house. The construction is sturdy, and the workers always left the job site in immaculate condition. They worked with me to schedule when I needed to be on site. The quality of the materials is fantastic, and looks great. There are no leaks, and I can already tell that the room is well insulated. We are still working on final finishing details that were not included in the original contract, but they are still willing to work with me, and I am confident that the prices and charges will be reasonable. My only quibble was the length of time before actual construction could start, but I think most of that was due to the time time to get all the necessary building permits and inspections.

Project took longer than I expected from signing paperwork till completion of project. (5 1/2 months). Delays were primarily from rain and issues with permits in UA. However, I was very pleased with the end product. The decks and particularly the screen room fit in wonderfully with my back yard landscaping and look great. I am very happy with the screen room in particular and being able to access it from the house through the new door. Mark and Jim and crew were professional and trustworthy and worked around my schedule. I think the new decks and room add to the value of the home and will allow for some great entertainment.

Chris and Steve installed the awning in about two hours. Every thing went smooth. The awning was better than we expected. The colors were matched to our siding. As always it was a pleasure to deal with Mark and Jim. We have dealt with the Patio Room Factory a few other times. They always do a great job at a fair price.

My dream for my home was a 3 season's room. After 15 years and losing my husband, I made the spontaneous decision to use Jim and his Patio Company. I had gotten 2-3 quotes in the last few years, but was amazed at the quote from The Patio Room Factory - eliminating the 'middle man' was my attraction to his ad and I do not regret one single moment of my decision. They gutted my existing deteriorating deck, refooted, used excellent quality materials to lay the foundation! The patio room then erected in a two day period. Unbelievable efficiency. The inspections were all set up by Jim, the owner, and were effortless for me while I worked during the day, I gained a beautiful patio room when I arrived home! Jim worked with me, kept me up to date weekly, and answered my questions attentively. This company is honest, excellent work ethic, and is definitely the best patio room company in mid-Ohio and I am grateful that I made this huge decision with a company I could trust.

We have a mid-century style home in Upper Arlington. Mark (owner) came out and worked with me to design a contemporary flat roof metal awning over a side entrance door. Mark did the design and build, then I had to put the installation on hold for several months as the installation was dependent on completion of a siding project. When the siding was complete, Mark completed the installation promptly. The finished product looks better than I could have expected despite sitting in his factory for several months. I'm very pleased and would not hesitate to use Mark again. For this type of awning I found him to be very competitively priced. Highly recommend him!

We were thoroughly impressed with Mr. Yates. He was very professional, and a pleasure to meet with. He was able to provide estimates on the spot for multiple options that we were considering. In the end, we decided to hold off on this project and just do something temporary, but would certainly contact The Patio Room Factory again in the future if we decided to install a more permanent structure.

Everything went smooth...from the estimate to the purchase to the installation to the follow-up. My husband commented on some dirt left at the edges of our patio following the installation. He said it was okay, that he'd clean it up, but once I mentioned it to Mark (even though I told him it was okay as was), someone still came out and cleaned up the work area. Our experience was excellent.

The job was excellent. Mark and Jim was very good to do what we wanted. Chris and Steve did an excellent job. They were very polite and answered all my questions about the room. The room is exactly what we wanted. The work was completed in two days. They cleaned up after the job was complete. They explained how to operate the windows and the doors after the work was completed. We will sure use them in the future. We are very happy with the room. We had no problems with them.

Jim and his team assisted me with selection of the unit for our four season room and performed the installation. It was done professionally and exceeded expectations. The room is nice and toasty even though this winter has been severe.

Jim and crew were very responsive to all our questions and requests. Also with my concerns of current cement slab he will do underpinning in Spring to give additional support to porch. Great to work with these gentlemen.

Originally had jim come over to check out an older sunroom on my new house to see how we could give it a facelift. He gave me some ideas/prices that I am still considering. I later asked if he could install a new sliding patio door to replace the old steel sliding door that was not very energy efficient. Jim came over several times to measure the rough opening and give me some selections and prices on doors. Once i selected the door, Jim put in order in which too approximately 2 weeks for the door to come in. A few days later him and his son came and installed the door in the afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to replace the trim around the door and protected my new hardwood floors. Jim was attentive to my needs and always available when I had questions throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company for anything to do with patio rooms/doors.

IN DECEMBER THE WINDOWS WERE ALL TORN OUT, AND REPLACED WITH DOUBLE PAYNE INSULATED SLIDING ONES. ALSO PUT IN A GOOD OUTSIDE DOOR. IN JAN (AFTER CHRISTMAS) THEY RETURNED AS PLANNED --TORE OUT THE OUTSIDE SIDING BOARDS THAT HAS BEEN USED ON INSIDE OF PATIO ROOM, INSULATED ALL OUTSIDE AREAS WITH GOOD INSULATION , PUT UP PLASTER BOARD AND PAINTED SOME AREAS. THEN TOOK OUT THE STATIONARY DOOR AND THE USEABLE DOOR TO LIVING ROOM, THUS OPENING UP ROOM TO HOME ITSELF. THEY THEN REPLACED THESE WITH 2 LEAD GLASS (BEAUTIFUL) FRENCH DOORS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.

first the measurements, then conversation, then contract and they ordered the windows. came and installed and were careful with all the electronic equipment in room. always friendly, and easy to get along with. we have contracted for them to come back and insulate and finish new walls. now can heat the room with an electric fireplace and enjoy the lack of wind blowing thru room in a secure warm area.

After two years of a leaky roof ion the sunroom installed by Champion Windows of Columbus that they would not honor their warranty Patio Room came to our rescue and put on a new dry roof, Mark was very nice and helpful and the crew was very professional.

It went very well, I was very pleased with it. It is exactly what we wanted.

Jim measured my entire house and quoted me 3 to 6 weeks for the install. The price was fair and i placed the order. # 1/2 weeks later i had my new awnings!

Our experience was excellent. From the initial sales consultation to final phase of the project we were impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and professionalism of the Patio Room Factory team. This business is family owned and operated and it shows. The key differentiator for us was that the rooms they build are custom made and fabricated to the owner's specifications by US manufacturers AFTER the site survey is conducted and the design created. Our room requirements were unique in that we wanted extra space for a home office and a sitting area to enjoy our backyard view. What Jim and his crew delivered looks like it was made just for our home because it was. Midway through construction in early May they had just put it under roof and assembled the walls when we had a torrential rain storm. The walls and roof had not even been sealed yet however there was NO water to be seen anywhere. Not a single leak even though we got three inches of rain and had yet to be sealed. The seams were that right which is simply amazing. if you want it done right for a fair price go with these folks.

Mark Yates came. Told him actually what I would like, last sunroom all windows hot/cold floor always cold. He said he could do everything I wanted. Changed size of new room, moved it over - still attached to garage.

They did a really good job. I can't complain one bit about them. They were professional and on time. They cleaned up after the work was done and the sunroom looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Some delays incurred by special order sizes. Windows arrived, were installed and they had trouble with one of the 6 windows. I paid for the work and held back $200 to be certain they returned. About 10 days later they returned and repaired the window. All work great.

The job was subcontracted by my siding contractor, so I did not deal directly with this company. They guaranteed that the job would be completed by week's end so my concrete contractor could pour my patio. John, the installer, called on Friday to state his arrival time and then to postpone to Saturday. He called Saturday to postpone to Sunday. Sunday his wife called to postpone to Monday. I complained to my siding contractor that I could not rely on this installer to show up on Monday. He interceded with the Patio Room Factory and had the job reassigned to another installer who came out on Tuesday and Wednesday and completed the job. This interfered with the concrete contractor's schedule and delayed that job. The Patio Room Factory crew also placed unbagged trash (open soda cans, construction materials, etc.) in my trash can that I had to remove and re-bag for collection. The completed job is satisfactory, but I would never deal with this company again and I think I paid too much.
