Description of Work: Mr. Scales does exceptionally good work. Always on time, leaves work area spotlessly clean when work is finished. His prices are very good. I won't use anyone but him in the future. I highly recommend Mr Scales.

Description of Work: Delivered new design for master bath remodel. My expectations may have been too high but the delivered plan seemed pretty basic. It is nice to have professional drawings of the space with accurate measurements etc.

Description of Work: We own a large portfolio of off-campus rentals. We have used Pat for several years to remodel houses and apartments. He has done a variety of work for us, installing window, bathroom remodels, recessed lighting installation, door installation, replacing drop ceilings with drywall etc. We have always found Pat and his crew to be professional. They meet their deadlines for projects and he communicates immediately if there are issues. He takes pride in his work and wants to get the job done right. We continue to use him for all of our larger remodel projects. I would highly recommend Pat.

Description of Work: Pat was fantastic! We literally just moved into our new house and we hired Pat to install our new kitchen appliances. What that meant was we needed a plumber and electrician – and Pat did it all! He ran a new gas line, hooked up a dual-fuel range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave/w/hood. The job list didn’t end there - he installed two ceiling fans, dining room chandelier and installed a dog door – and several more ‘little’ jobs! He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, flexible and entirely efficient. I will absolutely use Pat again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone else – in fact I already have to my best friend!

Description of Work: They came out to do pressure washing for the siding of our home. We have stone ledges on the side of our home which were dirty and moldy. He cleaned these, some concerete on the side of the house, and our small porch in the front.

+ 0 moreHe really went the extra mile, and leveled the floor and also matched all of the wood trim to the original color with great workmanship, and did a wonderful with the tile work. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
Description of Work: He originally came to install tile in our our basement. In doing so he discovered that the basement floor was uneven.

+ 2 moreHe is very affordable and efficient. There was one thing I thought he would not be able to do (fix the arm of my window) but he was able to. He is very professional and is very good at taking care of the details.
Description of Work: He fixed a window, fixed a screen door and fixed a screen on a sliding door. He helped fix a leak in the attic. He painted and hung shelving in my son's. He also fixed the dryer vent and installed a door bell. We had a leaky faucet on a Saturday and he came out the same day to fix it.
