Oxi Fresh of Columbus Carpet Cleaning

During cleaning the technician up sold without giving a true price. Went from a quote of 270 to a total over 400 for 2 staircases, one room and a hallway. This was well above what the website offers on their online quote. Additionally, the tech asked for us to leave a review before the transaction was completed. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do.

Extremely pathetic company. I work third shift and arrived home 10 minutes before the expected arrival of Oxi fresh. There was a one road detour and the Oxi fresh company was unable to figure out how to go around the one road detour. Since he was unable to follow the signs, I gave the driver the exact simple directions and he told me I would have to reschedule. I already moved all my furniture there is no way in **** I would ever reschedule with this company. Try somebody else or do it yourself. You can rent carpet cleaners anywhere from Walmart to Home Depot for half the price and probably do a better job your self.

They always do a great job and I love that the carpet dries so quickly (1-2 hrs).

It was good. It went very well. They were in and out quickly. They did a nice job of what we asked them to do. It was reasonable.

We called after receiving a coupon in the mail and thought we would try them other than MasterClean. The rep came out and was professional and cordial, however the method he used to clean the carpet was nothing other than applying an enzyme product to the carpet with a metal tray...no suction or steam was used. I had my doubts but after he was done it appeared most of the stains were ok, but after he left we observed our carpet and it looked the same as before. Stains were still there. The enzyme product did not work. No response from the company either. Next time it's Master Clean. I think the company was just sold to this person, or he worked for the new owner. Either way I should have read the reviews and saved $200 for carpet cleaning.

Since the owner is in the process of selling this business, he was available only on weekends. We had some confusion scheduling but he went out of his way to make good and accommodate our schedule. He cleaned our carpets once before, and did a great job, and did an equally good job this time. We're sorry he is leaving the business.

Paul arrived on time, did a great job cleaning the carpets, had treatment solutions for each carpet problem encountered. Finished in 2.5 hours. Looks great!
