The installers completed the remodel close to the stated schedule, were courteous, and kept the basement clean and tidy while the work was being completed. We haven't used the room extensively yet but it looks like a quality product and will stand up. We went with the cloth covered wall panels, carpeting and drop ceiling and find the wall panels and drop ceiling easy remove and replace if work needs to be done behind the walls or above the ceiling. What keeps this from being all 5 stars is the fact that they don't paint the stairway walls above the level of the rafters and they do not paint the steel doors which only come primed leaving this finish work for the homeowner.

As of today, we are thoroughly happy. Our door had to be custom made and therefore has not been installed yet. However, if the expertise continue like installing the new shower, I'm confident the door will be installed correctly and we can say 100% that we are satisfied.

the Installer was great, very friendly and nice. We put down the deposit and then didnt hear anything from them for over a month, slow to contact you once they have some of your money. But once they actually started did a really nice job. To install just a shower was a little high over 10k.

I had some issues with finishing the project but my issues were resolved.

This experience was top notch. Fair pricing, no high-pressure sales, quality product and workmanship. We were so pleased we are planning to redo the master bath this spring. We would highly recommend this company.

We were so unaware that both husband and wife must be at present for the appointment. There was not mentioned about this in the website. Also we were not aware that the presentation would happen during the appointment. The person who called to remind me did not explain about the presentation. We had other appointments later the day. My husband felt forced to take a day off from work because of this.

The experience was smooth from start to finish and it took about 10 days to complete no drywall dust it's fantastic the space feels great. We hesitated a bit because it is different than a traditional basement but we are thrilled we went through with it and love the space.

All workers involved were polite and respectful. The price was at the top of our budget but the finished product is amazing! My kids and grandkids are constantly over enjoying our new basement/rec room. Highly recommended.

We have used the same company to remodel our basement 16 years ago. We couldn't of put our trust anywhere else.

It took many attempts to get the installer to show up. Communication was not the best, The work once completed was excellent.

THEY INSTALLED ATTIC INSULATION ,CLEANED OUT EVES WHICH HAD INSULATION COVERING THE VENTS (THIS WAS A VERY HARD JOB TO DO AS MY ROOF HAS A VERY SHALLOW SLOPE ON ONE SIDE AND CATHEDRAL CEILINGS) ALSO INSTALLED RAFTER FOAM TO ALL ROOF TRUSSES AND INSTALLED INSULATION TO BRING MY ROOF INSULATION UP TO R-60. CREW VERY PROFESSIONAL, CURTIOUS, AND DID A EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS P.S. THIS WAS A VERY HARD HARD JOB TO ACCOMPLISH AND WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT A WIMPER. OTHER PLACES WANTED ALMOST TWICE THE PRICE OWENS CORNING WANTED GREAT JOB. THANK-YOU

If I were to rate my experience with Owens-Corning strictly on the planning stage of our project, It would be very poor. It took 3 months to get everything straightened out. In fact,twice, we requested to get out of our contract with them. After MUCH going back and forth, the company did right. We feel the product is excellent and looks very nice. The sound dampening qualities are great (we put a bedroom in an otherwise finished basement.) By far our instalation was the best part of our project. Our INSTALLERS LITERALLY TURNED OUR EXPERIENCE AROUND. Both the contractor and the electrician were extremely professional. I can't give them enough praise. Our contractor showed real pride in craftsmanship and made sure everything was "just right."

Basement looks great! Friendly staff that are always available to assist me in anyway needed. James is Awesome!!

Owens Corning is the best way to rehab your basement.

The Owens Corning Basement finishing system is an excellent way to have a finished basement in a short amount of time. The installer was here 9 days only. We have full electrical and a beautifully finished room. The only draw back is you can not paint the walls or trim, since they are a special design, but for a basement room I think it is excellent and you can not beat the price. If I had to do it over again I would still use Owens BFS. Even though we did not finish all of our basement, the way they installed left it open to use to finish the rest of our basement. Did I mention the materials they used are mold resistant.
