This is my third season with Polish Gardner. The best part about the service is that I don't need to worry about my lawn - at all. They monitor the growth of the grass relative to the weather conditions and mow accordingly. They are especially interested in the overall health of the my lawn and not mowing as often as possible. Thus when the dry season arrives, they really cut back on mowing. They also trim around my landscaping with a "weed-wacker" and do spot weed control. This year I had them apply a dandelion killer and within a few weeks, all the dandelions were gone. I was very impressed. Their service area focuses on Clintonville and I am not sure how far they travel from Clintonville (43202 & 43214). However, if you are within Clintonville and looking for a lawn service, you have found it.

They did a very nice job. They were very consciences. They were able to do it on a really short notice. I was really happy with them. I would use them in the future.

I hired them to clean up leaves and debris in a home that my parents recently purchased that had been sitting vacant for a long period of time. They did an excellent bob and did more than I was even expecting. My parents plan to use them going forward for lawn mainenance, mulching, etc.

They did a fine job and the results were fine too. Their price was competitive; when, compared to those that we had checked with. They were responsive and first one to, respond too.

I was looking for organic landscaping ideas. He wasn't strong on that.

Unfortunately we couldn’t use their services because our car died and we had to buy a car. So we couldn’t use them. The price they quoted us was in the ball park figure of everybody else. There was nothing that I liked or disliked about the quote. It was fine. They truly wanted our business but they were not able to lower their price. We hope to use their services in the spring.

Did a fine job. The reason that I didn't continue was that they didn't respond quickly when I asked for an estimate the next year. I had already committed to another company by the time I got the information.

I am happy to say that they have always come by on the day we plan for, are careful around fences and edges, and do a fast and neat job. The young men who work with the company are polite, courteous, and are focused on the job at hand. I generally call when the weather is too hot and I want some back up on the yard jobs. They return my call the same day, we agree on a day for the work to be done, and later that day I have a nice freshly cut lawn. Presto! Prices are great and work quality is too!

They were friendly and professional, Came right over, did the job.

The crew arrived when scheduled and did the work efficiently - the yard looked great. We didn't even need to be there when the service was happening as the Polish Gardener will bill you after the fact. The only reason we wouldn't hire them again is that we're no longer in Clintonville, so we're out of their service area.

Service has been good and Ed has been very responsive. Until lately. I've left several messages over the course of 30 days, that were never unreturned. And, the mowing work is not the same. Tall weeds are left in areas that I found myself having to go behind and take care of myself. I keep calling to change the service, if necessary, but could not seem to get a hold of any person to talk to. I was so frustrated I went with another company that is much more responsive.

We contacted The Polish Gardener to help catch up on yardwork, including moving large mounds of soil from a sewer repair and mulching, and gutter cleaning on the house and garage. From scheduling the appointment for the estimate, to completing the work, everyone we worked with was polite, positive, and hard working (work was done on two very hot days) and we're pleased by the results. We'll continue to use the Polish Gardener for some maintainance work, as well as special landscaping projects. We were especially pleased that the Polish Gardener offered both yard work and some handyman work, such as cleaning gutters.

The patio job went very well and finished on time. They did an excellent job. I love my new patio. This spring 3 of the plants died and they came out and replaced them at no charge. I used them for 2 years to cut the grass weekly and they do a fantastic job. I've used the spring clean up service once - it was great I'll use them again for that. I just hired the gardener to trim a bunch of stuff and he did a wonderful job on the hottest day of the year. I really like this company. I'm picky and they do it right the first time.

They did a wonderful job. Everything looked perfect when they left. They also cleaned up after themselves. The employees of Polish Gardener are very professional and polite .Definitely high quality employees.

We've used the Polish Gardener for lawn mowing before, but only on an occasional basis. We had a baby this year, however, and wanted to spend more time playing with her and less working in the yard. Enter Ed and his phenomenal crew. We called and asked him to start mowing the yard regularly, and he proposed a weekly schedule, with the option to skip weeks later in the summer as the grass started growing slower. We agreed and they started the next week. The service has been (and continues to be) excellent. One of the things we were concerned about is that other lawn companies have told us the gate on our back yard fence is too small for their machines (though it's actually quite large, just not a double gate). No problem for Ed, whose team has always been able to get both the front and back yard done quickly and without incident. They've even picked up dog toys and tossed them on the deck to avoid mowing over them! Ed told me once that most of his crew has been with them for at least seven years, and I know his son is very involved in the business as well. That sense of family and continuity is a big part of what makes it so easy to work with them.

He is friendly. However, when I called him to request an estimate for another job I wanted him to do, he did not return my call.

The Polish Gardener provides weekly lawn mowing and edging for me. I feel that their price is fair, although it did go up a dollar per hour this year and I was not informed of this until I received my first bill. I had leaf removal done in the fall/winter 2010 once. I was surprised at how expensive it was, although I did not get any estimates for comparison.

Excellent service. All of their work is very thorough, and it is easy to contact the owner of the business by phone. Despite the wet spring, they have been able to keep up with the mowing much better than I could possibly have done myself.

Because they are so good there is not much to tell. A crew of 3 showed up at 8:30 am and worked through the day, Cleaning, triming, weeding and carefully mulching the entire yard. They are very through and they make sure they leave the yard clean and very attractive.

Overall job went well, esp. the part of job coordinating with my neighbor, whose yard was next door where fence was replaced. Edd was very thoughtful regarding my neighbors needs to access common area where fence was replaced and removed a small-tree stump in my neighbors yard for free that was is immediate vicinity of new fence . The quote was $2200, so Edd beat quote by $100 and as a courtesy did a general clean-up of excess vines and tree limbs in vicinity of new fence. He only took two days to finish.

They are excellent. My husband has been out of commission because of a surgery and they have been able to help us out tremendously. They are very quick, efficient, and flexible. They give me helpful suggestions.

They had exceptional work. One guy who was on the grass was smoking on the job. However, instead of throwing the "butt" in the lawn, he put it in his pocket. I was very impressed.

Everything went very well. He did a nice job. He was very personable and his price was reasonable.
