He really cares about finding any and all issues he can, and offering real solutions as suggestions to remedy those problems correctly. His reports are through and are received timely, he goes above and beyond and puts together a home owners guide that includes any appliances and their model/serial numbers, suggested maintenance time lines and more! I couldn't be happier with Jim's work!
