ONE SOURCE MATINENCE

He was terrible. The work was not done properly. He was very combative and argumentative. I am a widow and on a limited income and was very frightened working with him. He never worked a full day, he always just showed up when he wanted and left when he wanted. I was continually promised completion dates and watched each of those dates come and go. The work was never completed, he walked out on the job. He refused to leave until I paid him and pressured me with 3 of his workers standing there while he demanded the money. He thought that I wouldn't notice all of the problems with the work and became very argumentative when I brought them to his attention. I purchased new cabinets and asked that my old ones be donated to habitat for humanity, he never brought me the receipt for that donation so I am not sure if they were donated or if he sold them for his own profit. The estimate he gave me was for about $7000.00, I ended up paying nearly double that. When I looked into the bills further I found I was being charged for tools, candy bars, and other miscellaneous things he decided to purchase on my dollar.

They did a good job. It did take longer that they told me it would, but the floors are beautiful. The pricing was very good, I was able to save a lot of money compared to other estimates I had received.
