ON THE MARK ROOFING

Apparently his crew did not cover the eves, which got filled and blocked with debris from the removal of the old roof. Did not respond to may calls. A month after the installation we had to hire a handy man to clean out the eve drains. Within two years we had two roof leaks due to not extending flashing and tar paper far enough to the eves. He moved to Atlanta GA, appears to be his home base. Appears that his company is not a resident of Ohio -- follows storm damage locations, then disappears back to Atlanta GA. .Attempted to contacted him 8 times -- 6 by phone and 2 by email. Left voice mail and email messages. No response. Did not honor warranty. Would not use again.

The men worked very hard, quickly, and efficiently. I have no problems with the roof or the men who worked on it. The project manager came back the next day and inspected the work. However, they didn't put a tarp down at the back of my house over the deck or patio, or remove any furniture that was in the way. And they threw stuff down on my deck and patio. One chair had tar marks, there were nails caught between the boards on my deck, and scratches on my concrete patio. Fortunately there was no serious damage.

I've called the owner, Mark Easter, to inform him that we need the warranty for our roof, and they have yet to get back to us with that.

I think their service is very nice. They were helpful and had a good attitude. So far we haven't seen any problems.

It only took me 2 phone calls...one to Mark and the other one to my insurance company. He literally did all the work not only the roofing but also worked on my behalf with my insurance company. "On The Mark Roofing" came to me by the recommendation of a friend and next-door neighbor (who are very happy with the re-roofing and siding work that Mark has completed for them) who's father (who is also elated with the work that had been completed for him) recommended this company to them. My neighbors father received high recommendations from his own set of neighbors about On The Mark Roofing great customer service. Yes, Mark Easter comes highly recommended! I have already recommended them to several of my family and friends. The best part is - my new roof looks GREAT:) Bottom line: if you are looking for a enjoyable contractor to work with who sticks to his word and does a great job - give him a ring you ll be pleasantly surprised. My roof had hail damage from a storm that had gone through years ago that I was not aware of. I then had shingles blow off in the most recent storm. When I called On the Mark Roofing to have them replace the missing shingles, I was informed by them that I had some pretty severe hail damage and that I needed a new roof. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I received full compensation for the work that needed done. They replaced my roof in a very timely manner. What I was most impressed with was the clean up that occurred after. I was very happy with the customer service I received. I would definitely use them again in the future and also would refer them to anyone that needs a new roof.
