+ -1 moreAdam Oller of Aqua Proof Roofing filed for bankruptcy after our roofing job was done. Angie's List was very helpful in getting part of our problems solved, but now (11 months later) we have a leak again. I was trying to determine if he was still around & how to contact him. The 10 year warranty is no good as they have gone into hiding. It also appears that Adam Oller was never a licensed roofer as his full page advertisement once said. It will now cost us over $2,000 to correct this problem with our flat roof that Aqua Proof did not once, but twice.
Description of Work: No work this time. Got stuck big time when we first used his company, Aqua Proof.

+ -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF ADAM'S WORK IS EXCELLENT, HE USES QUALITY MATERIALS, AND THE COST IS VERY REASONABLE. IN ADDITION, IT IS REFRESHING TO WORK WITH ADAM BECAUSE HE IS HONEST, HAS A GREAT WORK ETHIC, AND GENUINELY LISTENS TO THE HOMEOWNER'S QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, AND IN A PROFESSIONAL YET LOW-KEY MANNER PRESENTS OPTIONS TO HOMEOWNER.
Description of Work: TOOK OFF OLD ASPHALT ROOF ON HOUSE, PORCH, AND GARAGE; REPLACED WITH NEW ASPHALT ROOF. ADDED THREE VENTS TO HOUSE ROOF; ONE VENT TO GARAGE ROOF. REPAIRED FLASHING WHERE NEEDED AND CAULKED. ADDED CHIMNEY CAPS TO EXISTING SCREENS. REPLACED GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS, AND ADDED GUTTER SCREENS. GUTTER SCREENS IMPAIRED GOOD DRAINAGE DURING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS; ADAM IS RETURNING TO REMOVE THEM. GRADED DIRT AWAY FROM ALL FOUR SIDES OF THE HOUSE TO ALLOW FOR PROPER DRAINAGE. REPACED DRAIN FROM ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE OUT TO THE STREET WHICH CONNECTS WITH CITY DRAIN. CLEANED UP DEBRIS AFTER PROJECTS. USED SOME OF THE DIRT TAKEN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE TO BUILD UP AROUND LARGE TREE IN FRONT YARD FOR FLOWERS AND A GARDEN AREA IN BACK YARD. MADE A DECORATIVE SHORT STONE WALL IN FRONT OF HOUSE TO ADD TO CURB APPEAL.
