The men were polite, respectful of our property, left the yard neat and clean. This is the second time we have used Ohio Tree Service and again are very pleased with service and price.

I had 6 dead pine trees that needed to be removed. The trees were marked so I did not need to be home for an estimate. They came out left and estimate which was much lower than the 2 others I had. Naturally, I called for them to do the job. Later in the week I received a voice mail telling me that someone would be out on Saturday to remove the trees. They came as promised, took all the trees out and left the area clean in a short period of time. I was very pleased. My property has a lot of trees and i will need future tree care. I plan to call Ohio Tree Care.

Ron was very quick to respond to my call in wanting an estimate on pruning 3 trees. He was willing to make sure I was there the day he was to give me the estimate. He was very polite in listening to my concerns in what I wanted done to the trees. We had scheduling problems so, the work wasn't done until March. He responded to my call in scheduling the new date and made sure I would be there to go over what work was to be preformed. I was very impress that Ron was there just before his crew arrived to go over with me again what I wanted to be done. Then when his crew arrived he made sure to tell the crew what work I wanted done. When the work was all completed one of the crew came to the door and wanted me to look over the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely used this company again.

great experience! like the fact that Ron is an arborist.gave a competitive bid.scheduled and then confirmed date ahead of time. Ron came out to confirm work with workers, workers were prompt, worked efficiently and cleaned up after work. would definitely use again and recommend.

I contacted Ohio Tree Care for an estimate to remove 2 trees. They did not call back.

I called Ron service and he said it would probably be 10 days. A couple of days later, his team appeared to remove the tree. They had an opening in their schedule, and were in the area. I was grateful for that! It took them a short time to take care of the tree and stump. The area around was cleaned after they finished.

While it took several weeks to get this work completed, Ron had told me in advance that he was busy with other projects so it wasn't a surprise to me. The work was completed professionally without any damage to my yard. I've very please with the results....as are my neighbors!!

I cannot recommend this company. I called this company about 3 weeks ago and got a voice mail and asked for estimate on trimming and pruning several trees. Needless to say I haven't heard back from anyone. I gave them benefit of the doubt being they were busy, or some type of emergency etc. So, I called them again just couple days ago and still no one return my call. This business has no human to answer their calls, or at least get back to their messages in timely fashion to let you know that they have received your message and will get back to you as soon as they can. I am surprised they have good rating on Angie's list and come highly recommended. This is no way to run a business.

Excellent work and very efficient. Clean up was exceptional! When I checked the grass before mowing I found only a few tiny twigs. All was raked clean and driveway cleaned of any debris. Very pleased with this company.

We had no prior relationship to Ohio Tree Service and just called them from Angie's List rankings. They were polite, helpful and empathetic . Our son was home from college and we were 400 miles away so Ohio Tree Care came out, spent hours cutting the tree and removing it from the caved-in roof at no further damage to our house. They then swept up an amazing amout of mess, hauled everything off and went on their way. A perfect experience!

Ron gave us an estimate within 2 days of our phone call. He answered many questions from us as we prepared for the day of the removal and he was very professional throughout the process. On the day of removal his team carefully lowered cut pieces so as to avoid injuring the surrounding smaller trees. Great work.

Had such a great experience from the first phone call with the receptionist, she was very friendly. Ron got back to me and left a quote within 2 days. The price was so great we decided to get a quote on the maple as well. Called the next day a wednesday to set up an appt and they cut the trees down that friday and ground the stumps on sat. The crew kept everything very neat! Would recommend them to anyone they did a great job for a great price!

The owner Ron came out to provide us with an estimate and oversaw the crew at the time they performed the work. They did a really good job with the pruning and cleaned up well afterwards. Although he did charge a $25 fee for the estimate, which I don't think is a great business practice in general, he took it off of the price of the final bill. Overall very good!

We have approx. 9 younger ash trees on our property. Very prompt and very knowledgeable. Even called to remind us to schedule the yearly service. Will definitely continue to use them, and recommend them to our neighbors.

He is an excellent tree trimmer; he is very a knowledgeable arborist. Ron is very professional and scientific. He is accountable and reliable and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Trimmed out several trees in the yard. Great job-trees look great and a 100% cleanup. Excellent job.

No issues from initial contact through completion of the work, which took a total of 3 weeks. There was almost no evidence that 4 trees were removed within a large plant bed with annuals and groundcover throughout. The river birch looks much healthier with the removal of several large limbs.

I called to get an estimate for removing several trees and was told that they charge $25.00 to come do an estimate. Something about that business practice does not sit well with me, so I declined. Performing estimates should be part of the cost of doing busines, especially when the business page says Fee Estimates, YES

The only hiccup was in communications. I wanted to be there for the estimate but Ron came during the day 6/6/11 instead of early evening. My husband happened to be home and went over the job with him. Ron told my husband it would be about 2 weeks. I then called in a VMM to approve him doing the job. Didn't hear back so a few days later my husband called in and also left a VMM. The next thing we heard was a call at 8 am Saturday morning saying they would be there in 40 minutes. They cut the trees down low to the ground but said they could not get a stump grinder into our back yard. Cleaned up nicely after the job. Decent price.
