Description of Work: THEY CAME EVERY WEEK TO MOW THE LAWN, EVEN THOUGH IT DIDNT NEED IT. WHEN I NEEDED LEAVES TO BE CLEANED UP, WHICH WAS AT LEAST 3 TIMES, THEY ONLY CAME ONE TIME. THEY PILED ALL THE LEAVES (ABOUT 3 FEET HIGH). I HAD TO CALL THEM, AND THEY EVENTUALLY CAME AND GOT THEM, BUT MY DRIVEWAY ENDED UP GETTING STAINED. I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND THEY NEVER CAME EITHER.
