Terrible company. Charged me $1400 for a repair that was not done. Told me they would be back and never showed. Blew me off and gave me the run around for months. When I tried to get my money back they told me to pound sand. The owner would not even talk to me. Save your money and call a company that knows what they are doing. Unless you don’t mind paying someone to come out and practice.

Came out on a Saturday very quickly and fixed our AC unit promptly and efficiently.

There was no charge. Their quality is very good. There were two people that came out to complete the work. They did the job as promised, on time.

The price is for that purchase and installation.

Dave Scott met with me to examine the existing HVAC equipment and to give me a written proposal to replace one of our HVAC systems. He was very nice friendly and knowledgeable. I also met with and requested proposals from three other contractors. After reviewing all the proposals, I decided to go with Ohio Heating. After contacting Dave, we scheduled a date for the installation. On the day scheduled for the work, Dave and his crew arrived promptly. Dave reviewed all the work which was to be done with Kevin and John and left them to handle the installation. They were very careful and considerate of my home and completed the work in one and a half days. I was very pleased with the work they did.

I experienced a basement flood on June 20, 2015 and on June 22 I contacted Ohio Heating to inspect and service my boiler. An appointment was set for June 24th. On the 24th, a person from Ohio Heating inspected the boiler but did not service it. The service person told my husband, who was home for the appointment, that somebody would be in touch to set up an appointment for service. On June 29th we still had not heard from the company so I called to see if I could set up an appointment for service. It was at this time that the Ohio Heating representative told me I could not yet set up an appointment because I first needed to have an estimate from the repair person. I requested that estimate be sent as soon as possible since it already been a week since I first contacted Ohio Heating. At the end of business on July 1st I still had not heard from Ohio Heating so I called again just before 5:00 p.m. I spoke with someone who was not able to help but was only able to take a message. I asked when I could expect to hear back from someone who could help. The person on the phone told me he had no idea because he could only pass on the message and nothing else. On July 6, a full two weeks after first contacting the company, I called Ohio Heating to complain about the service. I was transferred to the wrong person. When I told her my story she apologized and said she would transfer me to the right person. Then she discovered that she could not transfer me because my call was routed to her cell phone and not her work phone. So I had to wait for her to contact the right person and for the right person to call me back. I did receive a call back in a very short amount of time. The person who called back was the same woman I had talked to on June 29th. She apologized and told me that she didn't know what had happened. When I asked her if she received my message from July 1 she told me she had not. She confirmed that she had my correct information and said that she would contact her service director to see what had happened. At that point I told her that since I didn't hear from anybody from her company by close of business on July 2, a full 24 hours after my most recent conversation with a representative from her company, and almost two weeks since my initial contact, I went ahead and contacted The Waterworks to come to my home and service my boiler. The Waterworks had somebody at my house on July 6th at 9:00 a.m. They could have had somebody come to my home on July 3, but I was not available to receive anyone that day. I told the Ohio Heating representative that I found her company on Angie's List and chose them based on their rating. I then told her that I was planning to write a negative review on Angie's List so that other people wouldn't be fooled by their (lack of) service. She asked me what she could do to prevent me from writing this review. I told her that Ohio Heating could pay my boiler service bill from Waterworks. She asked me to send her a copy of my receipt and that she would see what she could do. I did so. That was three days ago. I have heard nothing from Ohio Heating. Since Ohio Heating didn't actually perform any work, I can not speak to the quality or price of their work. So I am giving them a D instead of an F. If you are in need of a company to repair your boiler, I would urge you not to use Ohio Heating. For professional and TIMELY service, contact the The Waterworks instead.

The technicians were very prompt and professional. I was very happy with the service.

Dave Scott, their sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. More important, when he didn't know some answers to questions I had about contradictory information on the Bryant website, he very quickly involved their company rep and got solid responses. Price was competitive. Their installation team was prompt and professional. They worked with me on every step to make sure the work was done the way I wanted it. Everybody I have dealt with was very personable. Great outfit to deal with. There was an air leak in the cabinet on the furnace which they immediately came and repaired, again making sure I was satisfied - and this was a manufacturing issue, not an installation problem. The ONLY negative was probably as much my fault for not actually taking the dimensions of the new unit and looking at how it fit in the space. There was significant talk about the installation of the air filter due to the limited space left after a poorly planned remodeling of the basement with both salesperson and installers. Though smaller than the unit it replaced, the new furnace is deeper which left much less space to pass through a limited area; I would have hoped they might have seen this coming so we could have adjusted something.

Approximately one hour of work; a year later, no problems of similar typ.

They were on-time and very professional. They made the repair in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They do a lot of work for the Waterford Tower and can handle large jobs and small jobs.

The experience was good. I will use them again.
