We chose the long-term estimate e.g., they would spray again if seen within 45-days of the initial treatment.. They did the service on 5/24/13 and are coming back this next week for a second treatment under the warranty. I called today and they suggested we give it 2 weeks but had no problem coming back for another treatment. It's not unexpected that the bees are not totally gone. We were really infested. So far am totally satisfied and would recommend them.

We have used this company for about 5 years to treat various pests, including bees. Scheduling is always easy and the technicians have been cordial and wear shoe covers.

Was originally scheduled on Monday April 8th and they did not show. Was accidentally put on Tuesday April 9th. Came on time when rescheduled for April 15th. I was just upset at staying home for the window of time 9am-12noon and they never showed.

Completely satisfied with the results.

Requested trapping and removing squirrels. Contractor placed three traps on property. The squirrels did not pay any attention to the traps. I have requsted contractor to remove traps after one week.

From the first telephone conversation, check for problems to treatment everything went very well. We have no complaints and would call to use them again. Professional and efficient that is what you want.

When yellow jackets invaded my home, I called Ohio Exterminating Co. A rep/tech. appeared on time & showed me how the bees were entering the home. When I asked how many trips would be required to rid my home of the pests, he told only 1 visit was necessary & that he guaranteed the work. However, if the yellow jackets returned, then he would return for an another treatment without any additional cost to me. The company worked around my schedule & treated the problem. As it turned out that 1 treatment was all that was necessary. Problem solved -- no more yellow jackets. I was very pleased with the prompt response and service.

I called this company seeking exterior pest extermination services. The office person informed me they do not perform exterior extermination services as they are not licensed to do so. Since this was my only interest, she suggested I call a landscaping company. This was not at all what I expected to hear from an exterminating company.

The experience was great. The technician arrived later than scheduled, HOWEVER, he did call in ample time to advise he would be late. He thoroughly inspected our mattress, box springs, platform bed, and the entire bedroom. He also inspected our living room furniture and several suitcases. Fortunately, there we no visible bedbugs. He recommended I purchase an encasement for the matterss, box springs, and pillows, which I did for approx. $200. Ohio Exterminating sells them, however since the office was closed this particular Saturday afternoon, I purchased them at Bed Bath and Beyond. Technician advised me, but did not insist that I buy their product. He was extremely professional and helpful with his advise and suggestions. He answered all my questions so I would be at ease.

I was satisfied with the service. I haven't compared them to any other pest control companies. I feel like the price is a little expensive but I don't know what other people charge. I would recommend them.

It only took application for them to take care of the issue.

Ohio Exterminating was great! They came quickly and promptly to give me an estimate and then scheduled me within a couple of days to come out and exterminate. I liked that you don't have to sign a long-term contract and that the worker was very knowledgeable. I also think that their prices were reasonable.

They actually did a good job and they were responsive. The worker forgot a tool that he was supposed to use and ended up improvising to do the job.

They have great communication between their staff. They come out if there is an issue and are very resonsive. They are detailed oriented and explain everything to you. They are very honest and professional. They take the time to follow up before leaving.

The owner came to my home and looked at the shed. He saw the wasps and evidence of the wood bees. He gave me an estimate of $130 to get rid of them, but then told me to wait until summer because if he sprayed them now [ this was in march] he'd have to return and spray again in June or July. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely be calling him back within the next few weeks!!

They did a really good job for us. They found where they had a nest and they removed the nest and there hasn’t been a problems since then in that area.
