Description of Work: sprayed area for carpenter ants. they are very thorough and if you continue to experience issues a few weeks afterward, they will come back and re-spray no charge.

Description of Work: Came out to look at terminate or carpenter ant problem on desk. Determined it was really a carpenter bee problem, not ants or termites. suggested we could treat ourself easily without their involvement. Did provide me an estimate for them to treat, but it waseasy and cheaper to treat myself with a homemade method

Description of Work: I call Ohio Exterminators for a interior bug infestation problem. They promptly scheduled an appointment and showed up approximately on time. The representative was friendly and professional. However, he couldn't identify the type of bug and said that he was going to send me a trap via US Mail to place in the home and then return it to them and then they would "try" to figure out what to do. Twenty days later - NOTHING! He suggested that he couls spray the exterior of the home for about $100, but it probably would do any good. This should have been my first warning! I don't know anything else about their service because they never followed through on their part. TRY someone else!

Description of Work: We have a heavy infestation of squirrels. The representative came out to do a free inspection. He gave us detailed advice on how to begin to repel the squirrels so that it would not be necessary for them to remove so many since, as he said, this could become very expensive. We appreciated his honesty and his professional advice.

Description of Work: We called Ohio Exterminating Co.and they came out promply and informed us what these flies were that bothered us every spring. He told us when the best time was to get rid of them, which is in early Fall. He also told us that they come in out of the cold and overwinter. Here we thought they were breeding in our House! He was very nice and professional and we signed him up for this fall at a very reasonal price. So far so good. We will report the results this Fall

Description of Work: Andrew kept me calm through the storm...literally. I had an infestation of carpenter bees in my trim. He not only answered my questions - they came out and exterminated the bees - but, I still had a nasty woodpecker - who was still chewing up my trim - they came out again - at no charge - to make sure they also got all the larvae out of the trim. Andrew never failed me. Kudos to this company!!!

Description of Work: Made an appointment because of an ant problem. They promised to give first appointment and be there between 7:30 and 8 so I could make my other schedules. They did not show up until 8:30 and the person said they were filling in for someone. He acted as I was imposing on him to be here. They would not answer phone calls or emails when they were late. The person sprayed and said to keep pets away. I had told them I did not want to use any chemicals that could hurt the pets. Overall bad experience. I don't know how they could win an Angie's award as all other Angie List people have been wonderful.
