It went very well. They were prompt and got there when they said they would. He listened to what I had to say and di what I asked. I was very impressed!

I called this company due to another company informing me that I may have termites. The other company did not treat termites. I cannot recall the employee's name (female) but she was prompt and professional. She performed the inspection and determined that I did not have termites. The bugs I saw (and had killed with spray) were carpenter ants that had swarmed - they were looking for a place to nest. Since we sprayed them, we took care of the problem and there was no evidence of nesting or damage. She gave me a quote for preventative maintenance for common household bugs and left.

They very good. They respond promptly; this was the second time I had used them and I will use them again if I have a need.

I haven't been bothered with any pests, like spiders and such, so it must have worked.

The rudest, meanest, crudest service provider I've ever had. The person who arrived threatened me and treated me like a slave. DO NOT USE MY NAME. I fear retribution. Very unprofessional company. Should not be in business. I was forced to use them by my landlord.

It was poor, essentially they broke a window I had called and left a message for them to reach out to their insurance company. They told the insurance company it was not them, the insurance company then denied the claim because there was no proof that they did it. Prior to this I had no bad experiences, however going forward I could not recommend them due to this occurrence.

I have an annual contract with them.

Was easy to set up an appointment called and they were out 2 days later. Still seeing a few stragglers 4 days later, but they said they will come back out up to 60 days.

They were on-time and scheduling the appointment was easy. They were professional and seemed knowledgeable and the products they used were effective for the ant infestation. I would recommend their services to others.

Did not feel they did much beyond what I could have done myself. Day after they were here, I moved a mat outside my front door, and found and entire colony of ants that I ended up spraying myself. The front door area was one of the main areas we discussed. They also treated the Ants in my shed, it only made a dent in the colony, have had to treat them several more times myself. The only Ant treatment I am happy with is the treatment they put into the wall area where there was problem, which is the only service I could not have done myself. As for the wasps, my main concern is that wasps are occasionally finding their way inside from where ever there nest is, which I believe it is under the soffit . I showed them the area that I believed it was. All they did was climb 1/2 way up a ladder and spray that area from about 20 away from the actual area. They did not investigate to see if there was actually a nest. We still have wasps getting into the house. I would not recommend them as for the price I paid, and the service I received, there is very little of what they did that I could not have done myself, and have had to actually do myself since the treatment. Also, I never received the follow up calls to check on the service, as I was told would happen.

We noticed that the technician was spraying for insects around our mulch in the front yard and thought it was odd since he was supposed to spray along the exterior of the house. We didn't think anything of it until a few days later when our grass died all along the perimeter of the mulch along the front and side of the house. I called Ohio Exterminating and spoke to the receptionist and explained that I wasn't very happy that our lawn died because it was sprayed. She transferred me to someone's voicemail where I again explained the situation and never received a call back. I didn't expect them to do anything, but a call back would have been nice. I just hope it doesn't happen to other homeowners as our front lawn now looks terrible. Update: Ohio Exterminating did call back and said I could call their the chemical manufacture, but said it was pretty much impossible that the spray is what killed the grass. It has since grown back so we didn't investigate further.

They were great! They were on time and very efficient, professional and did a great job. Before the job was done a manager came out to do an inspection for free. Next 2 service men came out to actually do the work. They were all knowledgable and professional.

Professional determined any sign of termites was older, and that treatment should not be needed at this time. They gave me items to look for, and costs of preventative treatments, but said I didn't need anything at current. I am amazed that a company suggested I *not* spend money at this time. First time ever!

After looking at our sample and then, double checking by looking at another sample, she decided we did not have a pest problem.

Ohio Exterminating Company came out and did an inspection of my house for termites. I saw a couple of bugs that were unfamiliar looking and called as a precaution. Representative was on time and quite courteous and professional. After determining I had no termite problem he began to leave when I asked what was the charge. He responded "no charge", just keep us in mind if you ever need our service. I will certainly do that! Just great service.

Great! I scheduled everything online which was very convenient, and they got back to me quickly. The first treatment didn't take so they came out again the next week and treated again. That was successful.

We found two mice in our house so we called Ohio Exterminating Co. on Wednesday and they have Chris and Troy come out on Saturday. Chris put mice baits in the basement and on the first floor and dusted around pipes under the sinks. We went outside and showed us where the mice could come in and where we should keep an eye on in the future. Then he sprayed all around the house. Chris and Troy where very professional and informative. I would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

Fine ... he took the bugs with him and called to tell me the results..

Overall, everything went well. The guys (2) forgot my telling them about the hornets nest, and did not bring a ladder with them. I had to ask a neighbor if I could borrow their ladder. The jobs got done and everyone left.
