Description of Work: A rep from the company came out, looked at our carpenter ant problem (in our garage) and told is how we were causing the problem. Our hose in the garage leaked and rotted out wood molding around garage door. He was honest because he told us we really didn't need them to come out and do an full blown extermination.

Description of Work: MOVED INTO NEW HOME AND DISCOVERED SHORTLY AFTER THAT WE HAD PHAROAH ANTS IN THE KITCHEN. 1ST TECHNICIAN THAT CAME PUT OUT BAIT AND SAID THEY MIGHT HAVE TO COME OUT FOR 2ND TREATMENT. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS WE STILL HAD ANTS, SO WE ASKED THEM TO COME BACK OUT. 2ND TECHNICIAN WAS PLEASANT AND INFORMED US THAT THE 1ST TECHNICIAN SHOULD HAVE DONE A COUPLE OF THINGS DIFFERENTLY. HE PERFORMED THE ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES AND SHORTLY AFTER THAT THE ANTS WERE GONE.

Description of Work: WE HAD AN INFESTATION OF ANTS. WE FIRST SAW THEM IN THE BASEMENT AND THEN IN THE FIRST FLOOR ROOMS. ANT SPRAY AND TRAPS WERE NOT WORKING. WHEN WE FOUND THEM IN THE STOVE AND DISHWASHER, WE DECIDED WE NEED PROFESSIONALS. THE TECHNICIAN ARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE OURS. THEY SCHEDULED THE TREATMENT ON A SATURDAY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. HE EXPLAINED WHAT TO EXPECT WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE TO SEE A POSITIVE RESULT. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE HAD ONE TREATMENT AND HAVE NOT SEEN ANOTHER ANT.
