They would not accept coupons on the iphone for store even after talking to the manger. I have been at the store at 10:30 in the morning only to see them place people on hold phone for several minutes at a time. When I commented to one of the employees about being placed on hold for over 12 minutes they said you want to talk to the owner? I use a wheelchair and was so put off by the whole event, It was just a sad experience.

Bryan, the Landscape Designer I was assigned, didn't return my calls, until I left numerous messages over a week. We met on April 3. We discussed characteristics of what I wanted. He left. I emailed him additional info he requested. No response. After not hearing anything for 7 weeks, I called Bryan. He asked to meet me at my house on May 25. He sat in his car and sketched a design. Due to the time lapse, he forgot what we discussed - obviously hadn't made notes. What he showed me was not what I was hoping for. He got sad and told me he put "a lot of work into this." Yeah, sure, it was an hour - 1.5 hours! He took back his plan and left Later that day I stopped in Oakland Nursury for mulch, and told a rep at Customer Service about the experience and asked who else I could work with. The rep said all of their Landscaping Designers are like this, including the supervisor. I don't know how this company is still in business.

They provide quality service. They always clean up and they're very professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The nursery staff were very helpful and courteous. The men who brought the trees and planted them were quick and efficient.

I have used Oakland Nursery before and I like that his shrubs tend to work. He was a little pricey but I remember it was higher than what I had paid in the past.

They're a little pricey but for what they do it's worth it. They've done most of our landscaping - replacement of plants & trimming - in the almost 20 years we've lived in this house. They've always done good work.

Mike Warner @Oakland Nursery did a backyard landscaping design drawing. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about landscaping. When he came out for a consultation, I gave him just a couple things to note (I want privacy from this window, I do not know a lot about any plants, etc.) and asked him to draw anything he would do about the yard. I know it is very hard to cater to that kind of vague request. He gave me a very complete and detailed drawing in about an 30 min. I cannot exactly remember but it was less than an hour for sure. Then he explained about all the plants. It was such a great learning experience of various trees and flowers.

Excellent experience all the way around. We went to the Oakland in Dublin. They have a great selection of merchandise. The salesman was very helpful. The trees were delivered on time, and planted exactly has we had wished.

We had originally planned to have GreenShoes Landscaping do our work in May, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED & we couldn't contact them. It became June & we frantically needed work done, especially edging because the grass was overtaking our beds! We called Oakland & Sara came out 1 day after my initial contact & gave me an estimate. She!!!!!!! said it would take probably 2 weeks to get us on the schedule. However, they were able to come within 10days. 2 men did ALL the work, it took almost 8 hrs. They did a superb job of hand edging & mulch application. They even trimmed a couple bushes & small trees not on the work order, because "they needed it". They removed a tree & protected the flowers that were in the bed. I have lots of annuals & perennials & they were VERY careful to not harm them & to place mulch around them. They cleaned up everything before they left. A superb job!!!!!!!

Everything went really well. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative. They were very honest and up front about cost.

Oakland Nursery had traditionally been our "go to" garden company because they are local to us. For this hardscaping project, we called Oakland Nursery and the person responding said someone would call me back to set up a time to give us a quote. Oakland Nursery never called.

Every year they do spring and fall clean up for my courtyard. They are very thorough. The same people come to the house everytime. They are very professional and friendly.

They said it may be a week before someone could call me back to even schedule an appointment. No one ever did. Went to a different company.

Oakland is one of the better greenhouses in the area. They have two or three large nurseries in the area. All the nurseries in the area charge for their planting service. Oakland is knowledgeable, and have a complete product line. They can be trusted to stand behind their products and work. The are highly reliable. I'm going back there today.

There were some problems. They installed the irrigation system and when I tried to run it, it didn’t work because water pressure was too low. So I had to have the people come out to check the water at the street and it was quite complicated. I had to have appointments and he had to fix that issue before it would work and it seems to me that they should kept that when they had done installing it. They didn’t check it properly after installing as to whether the water was coming out. They also didn’t install the pipe in the basement properly and I had to have a plumber to come out and fix that as it was a copper line. I am still working with them.

I have used them several times previously. I am very satisfied with their service and quality of their products. I will continue to use them in the future for other product purchases.

I love Oakland Nursery, We wanted to plant a tree for the first anniversary of my father's death. I visited more than a week before the anniversary, but it was the busy planting season and the planting team was booked. Understanding my desire to have the tree by this very specific date, the staff of Oakland Nursery managed to squeeze us into the schedule so that we'd have the tree on time. While that is a particular example of their stellar customer service, every time I've shopped at Oakland Nursery (in Dublin, Columbus or Delaware, but Dublin in particular) I've received the help I've requested. The last time I visited, I brought leaves from an ailing dogwood. 4 different employees looked at the leaves, looked online, found products, etc. Above and beyond--every single time.

I was pleased with the way the tree planting , make sure you put the flags in right place for the men to plant them (if your not home ) . I asked about watering ,feeding ,pruning and they where very helpful.

Everything went well. I rate them high overall and will continue to use them.

I used them just a few months ago probably in May or June. I would say that they were prompt and on time. There was an issue but it was dealt with to my satisfaction. The issue was that a taller tree was brought to my home because I ordered apparently four to five foot and five to six foot canes. They planted them all and I liked the way they looked. They came back and said that they had planted someone else's Albizia in my yard. I told them not to take them out because they planted them to my satisfaction and now they wanted to take them out. They said that the other customer liked these particular ones and selected them out. I asked them to call the customer and explain the situation. They did call and the customer in fact didn't want those trees but what they did was they gave me the five to six foots. I was able to go out and cancel the others which they installed later that day. The solution to the problem was that I was able to get a taller tree at the same price. Overall it was resolved well. They provide very good service and I was happy with the service they provided.

They have different experts for different plants and specialties. They definitely know what they are talking about. I have a black thumb, but the plants were beautiful when I bought them.

They were courteous and respected my property. They cleaned up after themselves, and the yard looked like they had not worked in there. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Horrible. I chewed up a lot of my time requesting a quote that I never received.

We scheduled delivery for approximately two weeks after initial purchase. They were delivered and planted by Oakland nursery. They arrived on time, spent about three hours and did a nice job. Very happy with the result, the price and friendliness of the crew.
