The landscape designer showed up on time, did the drawing and then took the time to explain what he drew up. The drawing was very specific. My husband and I were shown pictures of flowers that we did not recognize by name. This allowed us to visualize the plan through the designer's eyes. It was great!

When they installed the tree, one of the branches was damaged. They did provide a discount and now four years later, the tree is doing fine. They honored their word which I did appreciate. Their advice and consulting is helpful as well.

Very well. My customer service/ landscaper was extremely responsive to phonecalls left for service. Received an estimate with very quick turnaround and service was punctual, quality and the yard was left in clean condition upon my return from work. They also made it convenient and trustworthy for me to leave my back gate unlatched so they could do the landscaping while I was at work.

Their design consultation is run through an independent contractor. The independent contractor charged a fee just to show up. We ended up not having the design consultation done.

Their service and response was not very good. They did come out and it took them about a month and a half to give us an estimate. My wife called them with some questions about the estimates and never got back any response. They didn?t get back to us at all. They delayed for a long time to give us the initial estimate. They didn?t charge us anything and it was a free estimate. We did compare the price that they charged from others later on. They were punctual in the beginning and they weren?t later on. Their professionalism was okay. We are not going to use them for the current project, but we would consider them if they come up with a decent price in the future.

They did a great job! They were prompt, they drew a design and did exactly what they said they would do, and were professional. They replanted my existing shrubs at no extra cost. I had paid for smaller bushes but they had larger bushes available and brought them out and didn't charge me extra.
