Normandy Renovations

This is one of the best quality renovation jobs Iâ ve had. After another company tore out my tile due to water damage I had an installer not show up on a Thursday. I could not go without having the bathroom done for another couple of weeks so I found Normandy from Home Advisor that evening and Hector said they could come out next morning and work through the weekend. Not only were they courteous, kind, and attentive, they were also detail oriented and did an amazing job installing ceramic tile in the bathroom in addition to putting up a shower glass door. Iâ m very grateful for them being able to take on my project on such short notice and doing such an amazing job in the process. Iâ m very pleased I will definitely be working with them again!

Repaired a ceiling hole and painted some old water stains...the difference is amazing. They were on time and wore ppe which was huge for me with some compromised immunity issues. They really went above and beyond what i asked for by painting some additional areas to smooth out the ceiling :)

I paid $800 for 2 drywall ceiling patches and 5 wall patches, I know skilled labor is a good quality but it seemed expensive. I was told they d come back in a few days to sand the work & I could have a ceiling fan installed for free if I have it when they came back. I didn t have it but they want to charge me $75 to come back to install it. Why was included one day but I m charged if it s a different day? I won t use them again but they were nice.
