+ -1 moreNitro Restoration Inc. promised us everything. They didn't show up on time and for days and weeks didn't clean up. Took our material that was supposed to be for our home and used it on another house. Went in our house without permission. Took our money.
Description of Work: Framing and removed fire material (didn't finish). Didn't complete job or do the work right.

+ 0 moreThey actually said that the Red Cross told them to show up after the fire, which I didn't really believe. They wanted to do the remodeling but we told them no. We didn't get a good feeling from them. We didn't believe the story about the Red Cross but they did a fine job for what we asked them to do. They wanted to do more work and we said no. We didn't trust them. The price was covered by insurance. They came out and worked pretty quickly. They came without us even calling them. It was a really strange situation. We have some friends that are in the remodeling business and they told us to expect somebody to come in a white van and sure enough they came after the firefighters left. We didn't think they were very professional because they just showed up and we didn't appreciate them lying about the Red Cross sending them out. We had never contacted them ourselves. We would absolutely not use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Nitro Restoration to patch the paneling wood from a hole that the firefighters had to put in the house to vent the flames from a fire.

+ -1 moreThey provided a 25 page estimate. I tried other places to get back with me for the estimate and this company called me back right away. They went out and were extremely prompt to the property and I got the estimate the day after they went out. They have been very professional and I would not have any reservation about using them.
Description of Work: They came and gave an estimate on a remodel due to extensive fire damage.
