Description of Work: They refinished my existing hardwood floors. The work they did was flawless but they weren't very professional. They gossip ed about past customers and complained about how many of their customers didn't pay promptly enough. As our project progressed, they began to become very demanding asking for full payment before the work was completed and increased the price over the estimate without cause. In the end the work was very good but I was left wondering what he was telling my neighbors and irritated that I was coerced into paying more to get the job completed.

+ -1 moreWe went with somebody else. He never called back up. We tried him couple of times and he never got back. There was no quote as he never met us at the house. We had used him about 25 years ago to do floors and we called them back and then we had a bad experience. We would not use them again.
Description of Work: We called Niklas-freeman Floor Company in October and setup an appointment to meet us and he never showed up. This is for hardwood floor refinishing.

+ -1 moreThey came out one day to give me an estimate and started the next day. They finished the job in 3 days and the results are fantastic. I have used them in the past and will use them any time I need hardword floors refinished.
Description of Work: Niklas-Freeman sanded and stained the oak floors in a large living room and average sized dining room.

+ -1 moreThey came the day after I called and did a fantastic job at a very good price. These guys know what they are doing, are professional, and are quick. I would recomment them to anyone.
Description of Work: Sanded and applied clear polyurethane to approximately 400 square feet of white oak flooring in my home.
