I called To have 2 trees treated for scales. I explained they just treated my neighbors trees and I needed the same thing. They sold me a tree and shrub package, which seemed like a good deal and they said it would take care of the problem. However after the first treatment they wanted more money to treat the scales. They should have told me that upfront Since they knew exactly what they had to do for my neighbor. I think it was pretty shady doing that to me. The rep argued back and forth numerous times over email with me and refused to refund my money for the treatment because he says I still got benefit. How did I get benefit if I still have the problem that I called for them to resolve ?? I had to buy the stuff myself to treat my trees and I’m still out the money they took to NOT solve my problem. Not a company I want to do business with.

Our lawn is very green and healthy - there is a definite line between our lawn and our neighbor who does not fertilize. When NexGreen started a few years ago, we had a lot of weeds in our yard. Now we have none most of the time, and if they do pop up, they don't last long. Our trees and shrubs, which we pay for separately, are also doing well. The cost of service shown below is the cost for both lawn ($558 for the year - 7 treatments plus fall aeration) and tree/shrubs ($266 for 5 treatments).

They are an excellent eco-friendly company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great. I submitted a quote request and was contacted the next day. Another company took a week to get back with me. By that time, NexGreen had already come out for first application. They email me the day before they come out and don't try to sell additional services. Maybe they aren't the lowest price bit you get what you pay for. We plan to use them again next year.

It has been a busy first month. I have received my first lawn treatment and tree and shrub application. I have also received the aeration and overseeding service. The weed situation has improved a great deal and the lawn really looks lush. Things looked good before, but I have noticed a difference. So far, so good. Looking forward to the future.

After the lawn went down (new sod on fresh ground, 100% weed free), I immediately had a two part treatment done only to have the lawn completely inundated and overrun with weeds (I'm pulling them out by the garbage can full weekly). I expressed my displeasure with NexGreen and after speaking to the manager for over 30 min he said the CSR should have never told me that they could prevent the weeds (all I cared about to being with) and that newly sodded lawns were always going to look terrible the first year. Had I known this, I would have never purchased their expensive treatments. We agreed that he would send someone out and if they could not resolve the issue to my liking, the money would be refunded. The gentleman came out and the advice was - "we can't do anything without risking killing the grass, let it go till next year" - honest, but clearly not a resolution. I figured that this would be the end of it but I am being called almost a month later and being told that they are sending me to collections and that the manager put in the notes that they aren't refunding the money. Nothing but dishonesty from this company regarding what their treatments can actually accomplish and how they will treat their customers in the event of an issue.

So far, great. Good price, experienced technicians, professional. Highly recommend

I've used them for the past two years. I've never used anyone else for fertilization. They give me 5 or 6 treatments during the period. They are a little more expensive but they are effective.

Service done on time & staff willing to answer questions regarding further service.

I hope I am not writing this prematurely, but I couldn't be more satisfied after just receiving my 2nd of 5 applications. After the first application I had some unsightly dandelions popping up and they made a special trip out to treat these. They were completely gone within a few weeks. Can't wait to see what the rest of the season holds. Customer service has been amazing!

I had a front and back yard full of weeds. With one treatment my yard looks so much better. They sent me an email to tell me the best way to cut and what they used. I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far. They will be back out 5 more times and I hope to have a lush yard.

Not great - they never resolved the problem

We noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference after just 2 visits from NexGreen; it was unbelievable. We really appreciate the notes they leave for us explaining in detail what they did, and also give tips regarding when to mow high vs. low, how often to water, what their next steps will be, etc. They keep us in the loop every step of the way. The NexGreen rep caring for our lawn is the same person who comes out each time, so it's not like starting over with a different person. We definitely recommend them to everyone. My parents will be using them next year because they are impressed with what a difference they've made on our lawn. The price for the entire spring, summer, early fall season was amazing, especially considering the results!

This was the first season we used NexGreen. We were very pleased with them and will use them again. We requested they call a day prior to coming out for each service, and they did so. The technicians were very knowledgeable and left written feedback after each visit. They were responsive when we had questions or concerns. The lawn looks healthy and strong. I am puzzled by some of the ratings that are lower than "A," because the accompanying comments seem to be positive. Regardless, we recommend this company and will use them again next season.

They come about 4-5 times a year during the summer months. We have been using them for 2 years. They are more of a "green" company. They don't use all of the chemicals that other companies use.

It was alright. We had a few errors at the first time.

There price is very reasonable compared to doing it yourself. We have quite a large yard and it requires being mowed about every three to four days. I am satisfied. The gentleman I spoke with was very detailed oriented and that is what sold me they knew what they were talking about.

I used them last year, and will use them again this year. We hired them because they use organic non toxic fertilizer.

The price is based on the size of the lawn. We used them once and so we really don't have any good experience with them at this point, other than that we've had some others in the past and we weren't really happy with them. They were good about standing up to their appointment and answering the questions that we had. We're going to use them for the rest of this year.

Summary: I would not recommend this company. The quote did not match the invoice. After multiple calls they continuously changed and increased the invoice from the quote. I finally just canceled all future work with this company. Details: Day of Quote: Around 5:30 pm two men (Joe Pinetti - Sales Manager and Jeff -Sales) ring the doorbell and offer a quote for lawn care. I agree and we take a quick walk around the house and they point of areas of the lawn that can be improved. Jeff fills out a check sheet and explains the details of my lawn. We go through many option and start negotiating of what application I want to order, constantly making changes to the check sheet (crossing things out and adding others). We reach an agreement and he says that someone will call me shortly to schedule everything and make payment. I waited and no one called or left any messages. The next day I receive an invoice in my email and it does not match what we agreed upon. The items on the invoice did not match and the total was $50 higher than expected. I called the office and spoke to Chris Conley (Office Administrator). Chris was very helpful. He understood my concern and gave me more detailed information than I received during the initial quote. Chris stated that he just audits the forms and he would call Jeff to help straightening everything out and I would receive a call back shortly. Jeff called about 4 hours later and we discussed and at the end I clarified what I was expected so that we would both be on the same page and he agreed. About an hour later I receive an updated invoice by email. Additional items have been added to the invoice and now it is approximately $100 higher than the estimate. I call the office and Chris answers the phone. Again he is very helpful and agrees that this is not what we discussed. He contacts Jeff again, who calls me around 2 hours later. Jeff tries to up-sell me on additional applications and finally I just state that I want to cancel my order. Jeff says thank you and wishes me a nice day. An hour later Jeff gives me another call and says that he has talked to his manager and attempts to up-sell me again. I state that I am happy he was able to discuss with his manager, but I am not interested. In summary, I can not comment on the quality of their product, but from my experience I would not recommend this company based on the way they handle their customer service.
