Ed came out for the estimate. He inspected my siding, looked underneath it, and asked several questions. After just a few minutes, he professionally and honestly told me "You don't need new siding." He then proceeded to explain to me what I needed to have done to remedy my problems, which by the way, would NOT include work done by his company. It is SO refreshing to work with someone who is not solely looking at generating new work for his benefit. Again, his honesty and professionalism will drive me to recommend Newlook Siding to anyone who ever needs this service. Now THAT'S how you treat customers and generate new business!!! Great, we are very pleased. The siding looks beautiful. We did Hardieplank siding and we love the look. Ed was always quick to respond to my questions or concerns. And the crew consisted of very professional and skilled workers.

Ed came to my house and inspected my current vinyl siding. He provided honest feedback, showed me multiple issues on the siding, and talked me through options to resolve the issues, much appreciated.

Company president Ed Beranek was a real pleasure to work with. while he was here at my house he inspected the siding to see if there was problems. He pointed out a section of siding that needed to be reattached. The workman that came out was professional and took care of all the issues. I highly recommend Newlook siding.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing company. From the very beginning Ed B. remained professional courteous and completely engaged in Our ideas and concerns. He listened to every issue concerning our house and reassured us he would take care of each issue as though it was his own home. He explained to us that he required no money up front, and would only receive payment when we were 100% satisfied.He completely and totally kept his word on everything he told us. He started the job on time everyday, early and worked until almost dark. His crew Miguel and Larry were unbelievable!! They are two of the hardest working people I have ever met! They were very respectable, courteous, kind, patient and skilled at their profession. They transformed our house from the worst house on the block to the best house in the neighborhood!! Giving them an A rating is not good enough for these three individuals and their company. They deserve an A+++. We are 200% satisfied and overwhelmed by the goodness and talent of this company. It went great. Ed was very thorough during the qhite and the work was done in one day (once the weather cooperated). The gutters look so much better and work wonderfully.

A representative for the provider, Ed, did come out to the house on 04/11/2016 to gather the information he needed to provide the estimate. I left work early that day to meet him. As it was raining that day he preferred to come back the next day of which I agreed and left the gate to the backyard unlocked for him. He also assured me he could get everything fixed up for me. A neighbor confirmed that he came out on 04/12/2016. A neighbor also confirmed Ed again came out on 04/13/2016; however, as Ed did not mention to me that he would be coming out again the gate was locked and doubt he would have been able to do much. On 04/12/2016 I texted Ed's cell phone and let him know that I wasn't informed he would be coming out that day and that the gate was locked but we could make arrangements on another day. He did not respond. I then messaged him on Angie's list on 04/19/2016 and have not gotten a response to date. Therefore no service was done and a decent amount of time was wasted. I would avoid this company if you are looking for someone responsive and professional.

I could not be more pleased with this entire experience. Ed came out to provide the quote and explained all that would be required, the 2 gentlemen that performed the work were fantastic! They worked hard and did an amazing job! I cannot believe the transformation! Ed then returned to inspect the work and ensure that we were happy before accepting payment. Extremely well. Our chimney cap had been leaking for years and we had substantial water damage to two sides of the chase. You could put your finger right through the cedar siding and the sheathing underneath in several areas. Ed Beranek was on time to the minute for the estimate, he was professional and polite. I received a very reasonable quote which I accepted on the spot. We scheduled the work right then for the following week. His team was very polite and professional. They uncovered the structure and discovered more extensive damage than expected. They called me out to inspect the issues as well as the structural fixes. They took pictures of everything. Ed personally did a final inspection and I was surprised that he stuck to his estimate. I am working with him now on more work on the back of the house. I would recommend Newlook Sidings and I am using them again.

What an outstanding experience from start to finish. Quote was fair although not the lowest bid. We went with Newlook because of the solutions Ed Beranek proposed to several areas of concern. The team that completed the work was small, courteous and worked hard to achieve the best results we could have expected. Cleanup each day was great and the men worked to keep the site clean all through the project. We received a 5% discount as an Angie's List customer. Even after the project was completed, Ed was available to answer additional questions in an efficient manner. We expect to use Newlook again for a couple of other projects based on our experience and we highly recommend this company.

Dear Homeowners, Not being a contractor, the siding on the ground looked like a very serious problem to me! The contractor put me at ease right away with his easy, clear manner of speaking about my siding problem. He gave me a date to expect him and told me he would look and let me know. To my surprise, when I came home the next day, the siding was off the ground and on the house. It looks great! I highly recommend Newlook Sidings Inc. for siding repairs. This project went even better than I had hoped. I try to keep our house looking nice and had been embarrassed about the appearance of the wood trim on our vinyl sided house for a few years now. After doing some shopping on Angie's List, I narrowed my list to three top rated providers and arranged for estimates from each. All three were very professional and came up with estimates that were relatively close in terms of both the scope of work and the price. What impressed me initially with Ed from NewLook was the time he spent working up an estimate. Ed easily spent at least twice as long as the other two contractors looking over my house, taking measurements and even sketching the exterior of the home to make detailed notes on how and where the work would be done. He did not take much of my time though, working mainly on his own until he had the sketch done and notes all written up. When we sat down to review his notes, I was again impressed by not only the work he had done, but by the small design ideas and special trim features he had to suggest to improve the overall appearance of the house. This was something neither of the other contractors had done. Although their estimates were both good, both had stuck strictly to the basic scope of work and made no suggestions for any style enhancements. Again, the extra effort and thought that went into the estimate process is what INITIALLY impressed me, but I was truly WOWed by the work done by Ed's siding crew. He has true CRAFTSMEN on his team. They worked diligently and carefully from start to finish and their attention to detail was second to none!! I am a died in the wool nit picker when it comes to details and the precision with which Ed's crew made every cut, fold and seam is absolutely amazing. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the entire project. Ed and his team were a pleasure to work with and their work was absolutely impeccable. If you want to see his work, I would be happy to send photos or invite you to come look at the exterior of my house anytime- yes, it really is that good!!

After extensive research into siding companies, we chose Newlook Siding for our siding project due to it's great reviews on Angie's List. Our home was completely covered with cedar siding and the maintenance on it was too much for us to keep up with. Ed from Newlook Siding came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our siding, discussed many options for us and created a proposal that met all our needs, especially the price. He's a really nice guy and was very patient with our (many) questions and explained everything in detail. The project was delayed a few days due to weather, and took about 6 days to complete the job. The crew that came to do the job were very nice and professional. They answered our questions about how the project was going, they cleaned up at the end of each day and were accommodating to our needs (ok, mostly our dog's needs). Once the project was complete, Ed came out to make sure we were satisfied. We had a couple things we wanted him to look at, and within days the (very) minor items were taken care of. He even fixed our front door lock free of charge, as he was concerned about it's stability. We would definitely use Newlook Siding again and would recommend it to our neighbors. Actually, we already have, as our neighbors have noted how nice our home looks.

Ed Beranek and his crew did an outstanding job. We had initially hoped that we would just need to replace some areas of siding, but later realized that damage was more extensive. Ed patiently worked with us to determine scope of project and make decisions on product and colors. We even changed trim color after some product had been installed, and once again, Ed patiently presented a solution and allowed us to choose a different color. His crew was hard-working, efficient and skilled. They worked from the time they arrived early morning until dark, with only a lunch break. We have a brand new home just in time for Christmas. Everyone comments on how new and beautiful it looks. Newlook Sidings completed a very expensive and stressful home improvement project as quickly and as easily as possible.

Ed was great to work with. He is very prompt in returning calls & scheduling. He helped with the install himself and was very courteous.

Ed with NewLook Sidings Inc. offered a detailed estimate with multiple choices he also came out with actual samples of each type as well as offered finishing pieces vents caps etc. that the other companies failed to mention. Ed also was able to get the job started weeks earlier than the other companies. All the work was completed on time, extra finishing touches were delivered and clean up was personally supervised by Ed. Ed also emailed receipts to the out of state owners and completed paper work needed to comply with the insurance company. This was a rental house and the tenant asked for a screen to be replaced which he did all work was completed as promised and on time with the best customer service. I asked that another house have minor repairs and he did it within the week. Great Guy and the workers were courteous and professional.

We had several estimates from multiple companies, and the prices (though all very high) were comparable, so we chose to go with a company that had better reviews. I am so happy we did. We worked primarily with Ed, who was always very easy to reach and work with. The work was all done on time, even when we added fixing the cat door on very late. Our siding was discontinued but they tracked some down and left us the extra in case we needed small patch work in the future.The work all looks great!!!

Wonderful! I contacted Ed as a last resort after being abandoned by two other contractors and the company that built the house. I wasn't very hopeful due to the other experiences, but my kitchen windows had been covered in blue tarp since July and winter was coming. It needed to be fixed. Ed responded by phone within hours of my email request. He was able to assess the damage and provide an estimate for the work within a couple of days. The price was reasonable, so we agreed. The job was small and took one day, but you would have thought we were completely redoing our entire house with the attention we have received. Ed was responsive, knowledgeable and took us seriously as customers. They even worked with us on replacing the siding from our neighbor's house that our son had damaged. Unfortunately, one of the previous contractors that I mentioned had taken a section of the siding and not returned it, so more siding needed to be replaced than would have originally, but Newlook made everything right again. For siding that isn't made anymore, they did a phenomenal job. My house and my neighbor's house look great and have been repaired beyond what I had hoped. Don't look any further, Newlook is a great company and will exceed your expectations. Their work is high quality, they leave you with an amazing finished product at a reasonable cost, and equally important, peace of mind for a job done right.
