It ended up taking four weeks total to get the job done when they quoted that it would only take six days. However, the guys who did the work were very nice. It just seemed to be one problem after the other.

Finished product looks great - cannot tell the difference from the new siding and the old siding. Gutters look great as well. All work was completed within the promised time frame. The invoice arrived before the last added job request was completed - but it clearly stated "due upon completion of work." The company was very responsive to my original report on Angie's List - complete followup to remedy any outstanding issues. Would definitely do work with New Look in the future.

They were very professional, easy to work with, and extremely skilled with their work. They did an excellent job and I'd recommend them to others.

The planning and work went very well. Nick was the person who looked at the house and gave us the suggestions. He is very good at what he does and made wonderful suggestions to help us repair the house. He was very patient and made sure we were happy with the suggestions before we proceeded. We are very pleased with his help and with the work that was performed. We also had the gutters, screens, and downspouts replaced. All the people who performed the work were very professional and thorough. We would highly recommend them!!

The estimate and the contract were sloppy. The gentlemen (Vince) he was very personable but did not do a neat professional job on the paperwork. However the men who did the actual work did an excellent job. The work itself was fine. They knew what they were doing.

Excellent, very good. Took care of the damage and you can't tell there was anything wrong at all. Insurance covered cost of repairs.

I was told only one person (Walt) could help me. I waited to hear from him...it was a few weeks before I received a proposal from him. I signed and faxed it back to him the very next day on 9/8/06; I also spoke to him that day saying I was faxing it. We spoke about the repairs and I was very excited when he told me that this was a common problem he has seen and was sure he could fix it. He said he was very busy the week of 9/11/06, which I said was fine since I would be out of town. When I hadn't heard back from him after 4 more weeks, I called Walt; he had placed my proposal in the wrong pile and said he would be "out next week." Well, it is 10/26/06 and he has yet to have done the work or called with an update. I am still waiting as I would like the work done since he indicated he felt strongly he could fix my problem.

I called and left a message with someone regarding receiving a quote for hail damage to my siding. They said they would have someone call me shortly thereafter to schedule an appointment. Three and a half weeks later, I received a call at work (which was not the number I gave, it was the number I had previously called from). I stated that this was a work number, and that I could not talk at the moment. Then I advised that I had chosen another company to complete the work. They ignored my statement, and started asking questions about my neighbors. I thought this was very rude, and again advised that I could not talk. Although I do understand that all companies are busy due to the recent storms in the area, I believe that someone should have returned my call as a courtesy (all other companies did within 1 1/2 weeks). In addition, I do not feel that they should use numbers that are not given as a point of contact. This company seems unprofessional.

Another outstanding job. Work was done in a professional manner and on time. Nick even made sure Lance was assigned to the job since he had performed work at my house before.

The representative was fine. However, I didn't feel putting aluminum in the existing wood would be a great improvement, and I wasn't sure how it would appear. The price was also the most expensive estimate ($1620) of the possible solutions to the problem.

It was difficult to find a company to do this work with this particular product. The company that installed it as part of new construction refused. Newlook promptly returned my call, came out and provided an estimate, and did exactly as they had promised. Small jobs like this are often refused by companies, but Newlook was willing to do do it for us. We are very pleased.

They went out of their way to help me. Fast service. They were great. Randy, the owner, really went of his way. I really appreciate his services and his effort.

Very prompt and professional warrenty work with no questions asked. I am extremely pleased with the siding replacement that they did.

Service Manager Walt Wynn, and the receptionist, were very helpful in getting our repair work completed in an expedient manner. I asked for the firm to come and repair our siding. They said they would send someone out to estimate the repair cost. We asked that they skip the estimation phase, and to please come make the repair. Well, a man came, and made an estimate. That same day we signed the contract proposal, and emailed it back to them. The following morning I called, and asked that repairs be performed that day, as storms and wind were approaching. Service was provided that day. The original response was work would be completed in ''ten days or so''. That response was unacceptable, as the wind would have likely torn the piece loose, and destroyed the aluminum siding on that side of the house. By Newlook Siding's own admission, it would be very difficult to impossible to match the original aluminum siding.

It was fine workmanship and the people were just great. They were friendly, professional, and clean. Our house looks incredible and they were fantastic.

Walt did an excellent job in all areas of the business. He was prompt, professional and returned my calls within 24 hours of leaving a message. He did a great job replacing the wood siding that had rotted. The price was very reasonable. Would hire again!

It was very pleasant to work with New Look. We had special order shutters for 9 windows on our house. It took a few weeks for the shutters to come, but everything went smoothly. The shutters look great! Mention Angie's list for to get a discount.

Everyone I came in contact with at Newlook was friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The repair work was excellent.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. They could have tried to give me a ''hard sell'' for new siding and they didn't. The job was completed in a very competent, professional way.

Nick's estimate was very detailed and accurate. He provide several options and explained them very well. I felt his price was fair, but in the end I decided to replace shingles with new cedar shakes. I would have went with New look if I choose the vinyl siding option. Nick understood my decision and even provided me with some cedar shake installation advice. I appreciated the non-pressure sales attitude.

The company returned my call promptly, sent a representative out to give me an estimate within a week and was very professional. Due to another recent expense, I won't be doing the siding just yet. I will definitely consider this company when we do get around to replacing the existing siding.

Quality of the work and attitude of the installers was great. We dealt with the owner for quotes and scheduling work. There was much confusion in the quote and billing process. They came back out to the house 3 times to quote on the door because the paperwork kept getting lost. They were unable to do anything via email, so we had to rely on handwritten quotes being mailed to us. We scheduled work, but the installers would show up unannounced and without an appointment. I had to tell the owner 3 times that no one could do any work at our house without at least calling the day before. We didn't like being woken up by someone working on the house without warning. Once all that was cleared up, everything was fine. The door was installed on a freezing winter day, by two dedicated and knowledgable workman. They even came back 3 months later to fix a few loose screws in the doorknob. Overall a good company with a few organizational problems

Nick came out and spent a lot of time with us discussing various options and his recommendations. He was very patient as I asked him to price a variety of options. The crew did great work. I don't think any part of the garage was in square but it looks great and we've gotten many compliments from our neighbors. The garage sits right on the property line but the guys did the work without harming any of our neighbor's plantings. And all of the work occurred while we were on vacation and we returned to what is essentially a brand new garage. Great work!

The gentleman that came out was the President of the company. He designed how the siding would be done at no charge. I have signed on with him to do the work. They are the best people I?ve ever had do work for me in any job. They are thorough and made sure everything was right. They didn?t rush and they really tried to satisfy me.
