We have now used them 3-4 times over the past few months to clean our home on an on-going basis and have been very pleased with their work. Each time, the same crew has come out to clean our home which I like so you know the individuals who are coming into your home. They are always pleasant and courteous and have even been really sweet in interacting with my young child and being friendly/silly with her as they clean. They thoroughly clean all of the rooms and even routinely clean things like our blinds. They make adorable little flowers or bows with the tissues in the tissue boxes and fold our blankets and towels in cute ways too which is nice added touch and lets you know that they pay attention to the details. We will continue to use this company as I trust them and appreciate their hard work.

I contacted Bruno for an estimate and he very timely arrived and toured my home. I was given an explanation of all their services and what the cost would be. We agreed on an amount and scheduled the cleaning. Bruno and a crew of three arrived right on time and started to work immediately. The stove was being cleaned before I even left the house. I was told I could stay, but I chose to leave. They called me about a half an hour before the house was finished to come back and check everything. I walked in and was in awe. The house was sparkling and smelled wonderful! It hadn't looked this good since we moved in 11 years ago. The windows were washed on the inside, the blinds were clean, lamp shades were dusted, and even the toaster was cleaned and looked like new! The bathrooms were beautiful, the basement was all in order and the main floor looked like a new house. I paid by check in the agreed upon amount and they left just as efficiently as they had arrived. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed a detailed cleaning of their home. I may use them again next year as my "Spring Cleaners". I felt very safe in leaving my home in their capable hands. Thank you to Bruno and his very capable and professional crew!

We have heard stories from friends and from our own previous cleaners about the variance in performance ("I could do it better.) or the frightening conditions upon walking into a customer's home (There is old food on the floor in the kids bedrooms.) So we appreciate what to expect and know that WE ARE NOT DOING IT OURSELVES so good work is fine with us.

I have monthly cleaning done by Nelson's Cleaning. They schedule a week in advance and show up on time. They clean my bathrooms, bedroom, great room, and kitchen. They dust all surfaces including the ceiling fan. They mop the floors and run the sweeper on the furniture and floor. There are usually 2 people who come to clean and they are here about and hour and a half. They are friendly and polite.

We hired Nelson's cleaning for a monthly scheduled cleaning of our house. The first time they come (2 cleaners) they spend more time so the cost is a little more for that time only. The Angie's list coupon is only for a one time cleaning so it didn't apply to us.

I'm very pleased with them. They send two people every month to clean my home. And they do a very good job. They clean so good. You don't have to tell them anything. They seem to know exactly. I guess they've been trained in cleaning, because they really do a good job of house cleaning. They always come every month and then they call you ahead of time and tell you when they're coming each month. I like that about them. And so, you never have to wonder if they're going to come or not. I've used a lot of other people to clean my home, but I think from now on, I'll always use them.

They do what they are supposed to do. We have been happy with them.

They arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and finished just before 8:00 PM. When we arrived home to inspect their work, we were very pleased.

Bruno came out to check-out our house and to give us an estimate on cleaning. We discussed preferences. We had had prior cleaning services and I discussed the areas in my house that were my top priority (kitchen, bathroom, floors, etc.). He let me know all the areas that his cleaners would focus on. He established that our first cleaning would be $150, and then for bi-weekly cleaning would be $100. This was the best price we were quoted (we looked at 2 additional companies - 1 other company that we had worked with previously and had not been completely happy with). We have had the same cleaners for 3 months (every other week), and have been SO PLEASED. We thought perhaps some of the small details would fall to the wayside as our cleanings continued, but they continue with high quality work each time they clean. It is the best thing ever to come home from work to a clean house! With the previous company, they did not focus on details like floorboards, microwave vents, toaster ovens... this cleaning crew really gets every detail. They do a great job. I highly recommend Nelson's Cleaning. I also appreciate that anytime they need to or desire to switch up the schedule, they call (like changing our time to earlier or later on our normal day - moving from one day to the next because of cleaner's schedulers).

Have been using Nelson Cleaning for about 3 years. Very satisfied. They clean every other week and do a very thorough job. We've been very pleased with the quality of their work. We generally have the same two people doing the work. During the 3 years, there have been two changes in personnel. Not a problem.

We called Bruno on a Tuesday to walk through our parents house and quote us on a deep clean preparatory to sale. On Thursday, his immensely polite crew showed up, dust-vacuumed every surface, cleaned every fixture in and out, made a vintage 50s kitchen and bathroom look sparkling new, and made the wood floors glow! We had never seen the house look this good in the 10 years my parents owned it. The crew worked diligently and politely; we were also impressed that Bruno came by on cleaning day as well to oversee and make sure everything was as we wanted. Then, when my sister mistakenly overpaid (she forgot about the 10% angie's discount), Bruno sent back the discount amount within 2 days. Talk about your customer service! I'd rate these folks A triple plus, a business that is run efficiently, respectfully and honestly.

Bruno came to the house on the scheduled date & time for the estimate. We went through the house and discussed having a deep cleaning done the following Saturday. He is quite professional and very friendly, I felt comfortable that he would see to it everything was done to our satisfaction. The crew showed up right on time Saturday morning as promised. There were three people here and they all worked very hard for the entire 8 hours. Bruno came by twice during the cleaning to make sure all was going well. I am absolutely thrilled with the service they provided. Every light fixture in the house sparkles, the woodwork, cabinets & floors are gleaming! The bathrooms are absolutely spotless! If they missed anything at all, I certainly haven't found it. (And I have a reputation for being extremely picky!) We are scheduled to have regular cleanings done from now on. I will happily sing the praises of Nelson's and recommend them to friends & clients in the future.

Bruno came out to the house to give an estimate. He was very nice, and walked through the house to see what needed to be done. On the day of the cleaning, a crew of 3 came to the house. They walked in and gave no introduction, so I didn't know any of their names. They went straight to work upstairs, without confirming what needed to be done. They didn't speak my language, so communicating was nearly impossible. The team stayed at my house for 8 hours. I should have asked for a time estimate as well as a cost estimate. I had no idea it would take 8 hours for 3 people to complete. Yes, the house was in need of a deep cleaning, but not 24-man hours worth of cleaning. The team had to ask for a ladder. I didn't mind providing a ladder, but I was a bit surprised that I would have to provide it. They also asked for trash bags, I would have thought they'd bring their own. There was no offer to walk through the house after the job was complete. The team just packed up their supplies, and that was their indication that they were done. I opened the refrigerator to inspect it. It had not been cleaned. This was an item I explicitly asked about during the quote process, and was told that they would clean it if it was empty. I emptied the refrigerator the night before just so they would clean it. When I pointed this out to the cleaners they called their manager, I was then told it would be an additional $30 for them to clean the refrigerator. Additionally, I asked specifically about the basement during the quote process. I wanted them to sweep and dust the basement. Bruno said the basement would look "like new." After they left, I saw that the cleaners never even went down to the basement. It certainly didn't look "like new." Overall this was very disappointing. The job did not cover everything discussed in the quote, and I was given no opportunity to walk through the house and provide feedback before the cleaners packed up to leave. It took entirely too long for the work to be completed. After the cleaners left I cleaned the refrigerator, and swept and dusted the basement because they didn't complete the work as quoted. Additionally, I cleaned places missed by them, such as part of the wall and floor in the master bath, the railing on the stairs to the second floor, and above the fireplace.

I had been using them for about a year, and everything was going fine. Then I found out they used my husband's computer, needless to say that is unacceptable to me, so I fired them. As a side note my husband's computer is in a room that I did not have them clean, so there was no reason at all for them to go into that room.

Bruno was prompt and professional in providing us an estimate. The cleaning crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a thorough job. They were also pleasant and polite. Our house looks great. We will use Nelson's again.
