Showed up promptly, really nice cleaners, friendly and pleasant. HARD workers! Did a great job and made the house shine better than it did when we bought it 5 years ago!

Excellent job - showed up on time on Saturday at 7:00 and did a thorough cleaning - including cabinet tops - and moving many delicate items. I could not be more pleased and will begin using them regularly for monthly cleaning.

Very professional presentation of services. Were extremely flexible to accommodate my availability for the initial assessment. The quote was reasonable and the workers were diligent and did a nice job. After two prior companies did marginal work, Nelson's Cleaning is a welcomed change! High quality.

Nelson's Cleaning is fantastic! I called them for the first time 2 days ago, they returned my call immediately and Bruno was at my home yesterday to give me an estimate, and his team cleaned my home today. They did an amazing job. They were here for 4 hours and everything is sparkling. Great price for the quality of service. I'll be using Nelson's Cleaning monthly and would recommend them to anyone!

I've been using them for about 5 or 6 years and it is good. They are consistent. They don't miss an appointment. They did pretty thorough cleaning. I trust them.

I first started using them because of a recommendation from Angie's List. They have been consistently excellent. We are always real happy with them. They are extremely thorough and meticulous. We have some idiosyncratic things that we ask them to do, and they always remember. The most amazing thing about them is that the first time they come, they completely clean our house no matter how long it takes. We thought that our house was pretty clean, and they took about seven hours. Since then, now they take about two and a half hours to clean it. They charge the regular amount for that first time. It is an amazing thing. With regard to price, they are not the cheapest by any means.

Absolutely incredible! Cleanest my house has EVER been and I am a stickler for cleaning! They polished, vacuumed, scrubbed, wiped down, and vacuumed again. They even did the inside of the microwave! My house smells wonderful. So thankful for this company.

Mr. Rosa and I met to go through what I wanted. I was given an estimate and we set a date. The work "crew" arrived on time. Two people worked non-stop for approximately 5 hours without interruption. They were professional - knew what they were doing, came equipped to do it and were extremely efficient in the use of their time. The results were what I was hoping for. I will be hiring Nelson's cleaning to come in once a month at a cost I think is very reasonable.

)When we first got the estimate from Nelson's Cleaning we were satisfied with the cost of the whole house cleaning and then just doing our main floor, about 1,000 square feet every two weeks when we were in town. We told Bruno that we travel often to see our grand-baby and I would let him know those dates. We set a day and time and things went well for the first 3-4 cleanings and then they started showing up later. One cleaning day, it was close to dinner time, way late in the afternoon. I complained and they acted as if a time had never been set for arrival. We ALWAYS gave them advance notice of at least 2 weeks letting them know when we would be out of town on our cleaning day if we had travel plans. 2 weeks ago I had a family member fall ill the day before the cleaning and had to cancel since I would be spending the entire day at the hospital. I got a call from them saying that they were now going to charge me $35 dollars more because they had not been here for a month. They said it would take longer to clean my house, that my house would be dirtier (although my house is never dirtier, I do cleanings myself in-between). I agreed to the rise in price and told them that was fair. They came on the day of cleaning, I confirmed the adjusted price, wrote them a check and went downstairs. After they left, I confirmed that they had not cleaned our 3 season room, did not clean dust and vacuum our master bedroom closet and were here for less time. I called and was told that because there were 3 people (which there had been a number of other occasions where there were 3 people) it took less time. I told them that's not what they said to me over the phone. I held up my end of the bargain and got less cleaning. They also said that they don't clean florida rooms in the winter. Although I can no longer locate my original paperwork and they are claiming it was on the paperwork, it was never mentioned by Bruno when he walked our house. The room is glassed in and only requires 3 tables to be dusted. It not like they are going to get frost-bit or anything for goodness sake. Today it was over 60 degrees out and they did not clean that room. I called to complain and once again they said I cancelled the last time blah blah blah. So what, now I'm being punished for canceling because of my ill sister? I told them that that was the price of doing business. Who do they think they are, doctors? I told them once again I held up to my end of the bargain and paid extra and got less time and less cleaning. Needless to say over the months, this has been more hassle than it's worth. I would also question all the glowing reports on this site, one right after the other saying almost the same thing and wonder who is actually making all of these reports. Wow, they must be the biggest cleaning service in all of Ohio with that many reports in such a short period of time. I doubt that. After the last cleaning, they did offer to return the check. I called them back and told them I did not want the check back, I wanted to pay for the service but did not want to continue in the future. If they cannot be flexible with their customers when unfortunatel things happen, then I don't know what to say. $125 for an hour (for only 1 floor of our house) where 2 areas did not get cleaned is well, a little steep. My husband and I are in the wrong business. They basically charged me $42 an hour person today, so I'm done. I understand that a cancellation may put a kink in there profit for that day, but that's the price of doing business. I tried to explain that to her, but she just argued over me and said it was all me and it was all about me canceling on them when my sister got terribly ill. Do you think there was a cancellation clause in the cleaning contact? No! It was something they arbitrarily came up with after I cancelled one cleaning. We won't be seeing them anymore! Update! I found the original estimate. Nowhere on that estimate did it mention not cleaning our 3 season room in winter!

There isn't enough space or enough glowing adjectives to adequately describe the awesomeness of Nelson's Cleaning! We had utilized the services of Nelson's cleaning for quite some time when we took a break about a year ago, thinking we could do just as good a job doing everything ourselves again. Boy, were we wrong! We didn't hesitate to call Bruno and Rosa when we realized we wanted them back! We had our initial cleaning this past Saturday and I truly am in awe at what an amazing job the two individuals did who came and cleaned. The products and elbow-grease they used must be magical! Our sinks, showers, stainless steal, etc. hasn't sparkled like it does now since they were brand new! The windows, blinds, floors, etc. also look brand new. We made our check out for more than the quote because the work went above and beyond what was expected. Nelson's truly hires people who take as much pride in their work results as Bruno and Rosa take in their company! I'm sorry I don't know the names of the two people who came to our home, but I'm certain Bruno will pass along our gratitude and appreciation! We are delighted that Nelson's will be cleaning for us monthly once again!

2 employees of Nelson's cleaning arrived at the scheduled time and immediately started working. Since this was the first time they were cleaning my home, the cost was a bit higher than the bi-weekly cost and the work was more intensive. They never stopped working and were there for just around 3 hours. When they left the house was spotless and smelled wonderful and clean. I have recommended them to family and friends already and hope their experience is as positive. I have set up bi-weekly cleanings and aniticipate that same high level of quality.

From start to finish, Nelson's Cleaning was wonderful. The estimate was scheduled quickly, and Bruno was even early. Great price. The pair who cleaned the house were amazingly thorough - under and behind the stove, windows inside and out, blinds, tracks for the sliding door and shower door. They went above and beyond what we had even expected. Bruno even stopped by to check on the progress. This company has alot of pride in its work, and it shows. Our realtor was incredibly impressed with the cleaning job. Said he'd never seen such a good job, and couldn't believe the price. Would recommend Nelson's Cleaning to anyone!

They were very responsive and returned my call promptly. I interviewed several housecleaning organizations and Nelson's were by far above the rest. Bruno was very professional and provided me with a written estimate, provided bonding and insurance documents without being requested. Bruno was very respectful of my home, he took off his shoes before entering, thoroughly evaluated my needs and provided me a quick and very reasonable estimate. He explained all the services that would be provided at every cleaning event, such as blind cleaning, dusting the top of the cabinets, providing all cleaning products, removing cobwebs, dusting the tops of pictures, on top of the regular mopping, dusting, counter tops. However I was certain that this company was the best when I saw the job they did! Not only did the do a spectacular job cleaning, the house s but they even organized my messy areas! The cleaners are excellent and thorough. They do a very careful and detailed clean and the house is always a joy to come back to later. I cannot praise the cleaners enough. There's only one small problem which is that it is very difficult to get a time slot that you want.

My house was spotless! It was so clean that I literally had tears of joy. I know I must sound crazy but I am 9 months pregnant and we just finished construction on our home. I was so terrified that the house would never be as clean as I wanted it to be before the baby came. Nelson's cleaning came highly recommended from a friend of mine so I made the call. Bruno was on time for both visits - the estimate and the cleaning. He was easy to work with and his team does quality work. They cleaned EVERYTHING... dusted all of the molding, cleaned windows, dusted behind furniture, cleaned floors, wiped down cabinets and doors, they even cleaned inside my oven and microwave! I can't tell you just how impressed I was by this team. We will definitely use them again!

THOROUGH AND QUICK JOB

Nelson's cleaning was FANTASTIC. They were prompt when they came out for the estimate and were able to get me scheduled the next day. They even called since they were ahead of schedule to see if they could start earlier. They did everything from cleaning woodwork, window jams, blinds, windows, floors, appliances, etc. We had several construction projects lately and they made the house look like new. They even cleaned dust on the fireplace bricks. I would recommend Nelson's to everyone that wants a good thorough cleaning.
