Description of Work: I have used Nelson's Cleaning for many years. They are the best cleaning service I have ever used (and I have had many in different locations over the years.) They clean for me every two weeks and I know I can come home to a clean and very nice-smelling home. My team has remained the same over the years and I can ask them to do things with confidence that all work will be done very well. I have recommended Nelson's Cleaning to many people who use them. If you want a nice, clean home, use Nelson's!

Description of Work: They only do what they say they will do. Anything you would like extra, they don't do unless you pay for it (such as clean the basement). They do an excellent job on cleaning the total home. I have them monthly. On punctuality they are here within 20 minutes. It depends on how long the last customer took.

Description of Work: I received an estimate to clean my house that was double the price of the other house cleaning services I received quotes from. When I emailed them and asked how their prices could be so much higher they explained the other companies did not provide the quality they were able to offer and most of these companies were ex employees who started their own cleaning service. They were very arrogant. Very dissapointing!!

The intention was only to convey that there was not much room for price negotiations considering the special needs involving your house cleaning. You had relayed to us that previous services were not up to par. Based on that, we gave you an estimate that would entail services on the first, second floors, and a basement. This would have taken 2 people working for 5 hours, which is technically 10 hours of work. In addition to cleaning, there would have been organization requirements which fall outside cleaning services, thus incurring additional charges. Description of Work: I have been using Nelson's Cleaning for over a year now and am very happy. They arrive on time and if there are issues with the scheduled date Rosa notifies me. We are very happy with the results. We have used several different cleaning companies and this one by far is the most consistent and reliable. If there was ever an issue it was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. The cleaning crew we have are great. I appreciate the work they do.

THEY CLEANED WAY ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY CLEANED THE VENTS, WENT AROUND THE EDGE OF THE CARPET. HE REALLY TOOK HIS TIME AND WAS ABLE TO GET A LOT OF THE DUST BECAUSE HE HAS A VACUUM THAT IS LIKE A BACKPACK WITH A LONG HOSE THAT ALLOWS HIM TO GET TO MANY HARD TO REACH AREAS EASILY. HE CLEANED MY CHANDELIER AND LIGHTING FEATURES. HE GETS AN A+ ON EVERYTHING! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT HE WOULD DO WHATEVER CLEANING I WANTED DONE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB AND I AM GOING TO HAVE HIM COME BACK EVERY MONTH.
