Nelson's Cleaning

They did a fabulous job. There were 3 people for a very full day plus Nelson (a portion of the day) cleaning everything in sight. The house looked and smelled great when they were done. I have now scheduled them to clean my house on a biweekly basis.

They cleaned everything he said they would; baseboards, blinds, fans, etc. The straightened up the childrens' rooms, cleaned everything! Very satisfied. The employees acted as if they were happy to be there, unlike some other companies, the employees were friendly! Very positive experience. We will be using this company weekly for a much smaller price ($130.)

They have been wonderful. Originally contacted two different companies I found through Angie's List. Both were good, but I liked that Nelson's Cleaning is a smaller company. They have been helping us for the past few months and it's been great. The initial cleaning is much more expensive, but I thought it was worth it. They clean everything! Then the monthly cleanings since then have been great as well. They are also wonderful about working around my schedule and making adjustments as needed. This is the first time I have had a house cleaning service (other than a one shot service years ago) and hesitated to do it, but eventually just needed the help. Now I feel like they do a better job than I would and much more efficiently than I could. I love how our house looks when they're done and I would definitely recommend this company.

They did a great and thorough cleaning however they did not come on time therefore were at my house until nearly 8pm which was an inconvenience.

They do excellent work. However, there is a communication barrier, so sometimes my requests are hard to communicate. I will continue to use them because they do such a great job.

This is by far the best cleaning company I have ever used. I called them at the last minute, when I found out I had guests coming in town. They were able to accommodate me on a day's notice and did a great job. My house has never been so clean. I was hoping to be able to get a light clean on such short notice and instead was able to get a through cleaning. The prices were extremely reasonable. I wasn't even charged for the last minute notice, even though they crew stayed late to get it all done. I am now using them monthly and am recommending them to everyone I know!!

Nelson came by and thoroughly inspected the house, top to bottom. Gave an estimate for the Initial Clean and a bi-weekly Regular Clean. He and his crew of three showed up on time and spent about eight hours cleaning everything in the house - Even my office, which is such a mess that it even scares my wife. Of great importance, the whole crew doted on our three large dogs. When they were done, the only thing to be said was that everything in the house was as clean as when it had first been bought or built. Every nook and cranny, duct outlets, door frames, picture frames, moldings, and every piece of furniture was spotless. Even inside the shower drains gleamed. Since the Initial Clean, his crew has been back for one Regular Clean, costing $140. Though they showed up just a few minutes late, they didn't hurry and everything was spotless when they left. Though certainly not inexpensive, this is definitely a case of getting what you pay for.

We were so pleased with their work that we added $100 to their bill. We have hired them for every other week cleaning. Nelson, Eleana, Jucelma and Ivanilda were outstanding. Highly recommend them for home cleaning. In addition, senior discount was given.

This is a wonderful company. A crew of five worked for seven hours. They were pleasant, courteous and professional. We have been in our home for 22 years, and the house has been heartily lived in by our 3 kids and their friends -- our home is incredibly clean now because of the fine job done by Nelson's. I highly recommend them - we will continue to use Nelson's for regular cleanings.

The deep cleaning was absolutely beyond our expectations. Even after our home construction was complete and the cleaning team from the builder came in, the house wasn't nearly this clean. Now, 1.5 years after we moved in our home is, literally, cleaner than it has ever been. You hear stories about cleaning services doing a half-rate job, but not Nelson's. Everything, and I mean everything, was totally and completely cleaned without exception. If you're thinking about getting a service or only a one time cleaning, contact Nelson's.

They're UNBELIEVABLE. My current housecleaner is moving away. I saw the rave reviews on Angie's List for Nelson. I called him, he was here the next day, gave me an estimate, and we scheduled the work. They spent 9 hours cleaning my house from top to bottom and every crack and crevice in between. My house has not been this clean since we built it. I even checked around to try to find places they may have missed and I couldn't find one. They even did behind the fridge, stove, washer and dryer. We have a chandelier in our front foyer which is about 18 feet high. Nelson cleaned every part of this which was no easy feat. The attention to detail is not to be believed. I wanted to have Nelson come back every week, but in all of his honesty, he told me to save my money, that I really only need him every other week. The women with Nelson were very nice and accommodating, as is Nelson.

Spectacular work! They returned my call the same day and scheduled the work on a weekend to accommodate our tight schedule. The job took about 6 hours, and the house has never been so clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless, including hard-to-reach areas like the tops of ceiling fans, all the blinds, and a dusty wine rack. Nelson and his crew cleaned behind appliances and did the floors by hand. The bathrooms look great. Highly recommended!

This company does a very thorough job! They arrived a few minutes early and went right to work for hours. A total of four workers (Nelson and three women) performed the cleaning job. They cleaned 2 1/2 baths, washed windows inside and out, cleaned fridge and oven, inside and outside of cabinets, all blinds, ceiling fans, windowsills, floors, mantles and vacuumed. The house looked a lot better than when we first toured it!

The crew arrived on time and spent all day cleaning the house. They worked quietly and efficiently. They ended up spending more time in the house than originally scheduled but our fee was not increased (our home is 3771 square feet). Nelson is in charge and speaks decent English; the rest of his staff is not so fluent (but they are courteous and professional), so work out details with Nelson when he visits for the estimate. I cannot say how impressed I was with their services. The house is cleaner now than it was when we moved in! We have also hired them to clean every 2 weeks until we sell the house ($135 per visit). I just wish we had found them when we first moved in. It's too bad we are moving out of state, otherwise we would continue to use them! You won't be sorry if you want a clean house. It is completely worth the cost. Also, the cleaners used did not irritate our allergies or asthma and were not overpowering.

4 ladies and Nelson came in to clean and they worked for about 8 - 10 hours. They did a marvelous job.

I am totally impressed. They got into every nook and cranny. It took them longer than anticipated but they did more than they promised. windows were cleaned, floors, behind pictures, spotless baths, under beds and furniture. They even cleaned my ovens! And the house smells so good. I'm definitely having them back regularly.

They came and gave me an estimate and then came back the following week to do the cleaning. They brought all their own equipment and worked like beavers for 7 hours. In hindsight I would of had them take 2 days because they did not have as much time to spend on the lower 2 levels. Still everything was gleaming when they left.

After my initial call, they scheduled an apt to give a quote two days later. Nelson showed up on time and provided me with a written quote. We scheduled the work for the following week, and they arrived as expected. They used all their own supplies and the house looks amazing.

Unbelievably thorough, they cleaned every places imaginable, and I'm glad they were using their imaginations, not mine.

My initial call was returned promptly and the company owner came to my home for a walk-through and estimate. Nelson pointed out what exactly would be cleaned and provided an affordable estimate. Nelson and two other worked arrived promptly the day of the cleaning. All workers were polite and courteous. They worked for 8 hours with no breaks. The house was very dirty, by the time they were done it looked like a brand new home, the bathrooms sparkled and the floors were immaculate. They even cleaned every single leaf on an artificial tree in the living room. Just as much detail was paid throughout the house. All light fixtures were taken down and washed, all windows were cleaned. All furnace vents were cleaned inside and out. All furniture was vacuumed and free of any pet hair. I cannot state enough how pleased I was from the experience with Nelson's Cleaning.

If I mention that I have referred 9 persons to Nelson's (all of which are still using the service, would this indicate that I think this company is awesome! People come into my home and see how clean it is and I send them Nelson's way. This is the BEST cleaning service in town. I had theft and quality issues with some of the other services in town. I plan to be a lifelong Nelson's customer as long as the quality stays so awesome.

This was the best experience! I called for an estimate and the owner, Nelson, came out within a day or two and gave me a specific number for a whole house cleaning. Other companies I called would not give me a firm number, instead telling me it would depend on how many people came and the number of hours, etc. So we scheduled the cleaning with Nelson for 2 weeks. On the morning of the work, they called to confirm the time and arrival. He came with a whole crew of people that worked tirelessly for hours. The results were phenomenal! I just can not say enough about this company. They literally left "no stone unturned" in my home. My house looked beautiful when they were done. They were professional and the attention to detail outstanding! We are so pleased with the results, we just can't say enough about this company. We plan to have them back monthly for cleaning. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them. I am so happy to have found them on Angie's List. Excellent company, WOW!
