Excellent, reliable service.

This was first time we used any cleaning service for our house and we chose Nelson Cleaning service from the good reviews they got from Angie's List.. Bruno came out and gave us estimate in that we wanted a general house cleaning. He was very polite and very informative. The crew that came out to our house were very nice and cleaned the entire house. They gave us first time cleaning and I thought they did fantastic job and we will use them once a month to clean our house.

Perfect. Cleaned items that I would have never thought of. Every inch was covered. Our house is pretty clean anyway, but when we walked in afterwards, we could tell a very large difference. If you want a top to bottom cleaning done on your home, this is company to hire.

The house always looks great when they get done with it! They were prompt when we were home waiting for them (the first few times, just to get to know them). Now they come while we're at work and I come home to a very clean house! It's all nice and easy! If we leave them a note on something special, it gets done with no question/issues. I'd highly recommend them!

They clean from top to bottom and get the corners and areas most cleaning teams miss. Everything sparkles and smell great when they leave. I highly recommend their service.

They cleaned my 2300 Sq. foot house thoroughly as well as the 3-season room. They were very professional and friendly. They were a little late but the company had called me to let me know they were running late so I was fine with that. They did an outstanding job and I do believe the ratings on Angie's list were spot on about this company! I moved here 2 years ago and didn't know who to call so Angie's list came to my rescue. Good call!

There was a sudden death in the family and my family member needed her house clean. They were able to confirm an appt. within one day of the cleaning and did a fabulous job. I believe the cost was higher than average due to that this was a first time cleaning at the home.

The service is very good. We are very happy with them. I would recommend them. They come on time and do a great job. On the first visit they do a deep cleaning of the house. It was a bit more, but the place looked really nice and clean.

Initially the cleaning service started out well and felt like my house got a good cleaning every 2 wks. However, the cleaners stopped cleaning the oven unless asked. I started to find damage to the walls and the buffet in the dining room was damaged. . The only people who live in the house are two adults, no children. The last issue was coming home on 6/16 and finding a large gouge and scratch on another wall. I have ended my relationship with this company.

They do a thorough job on the cleaning. They really take a lot of time and care on their service. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. They are a little more expensive but it is totally worth it.

I have used Nelson's for several years. When they try, they are good, but lose focus and phone it in sometimes

Mr. Rosa arrived about 15 minutes early for the estimate. He was courteous, asked if it was ok to start the estimate early (which I was actually glad about) and took his shoes off before coming into the house. We walked through the house and he took note of what work we wanted done. He showed is his insurance and bonding documents as well as past Angie's List awards. In all the estimate took less than 15 minutes and was an amount we thought was more than fair. There was no question about them being able to accommodate our schedule even though we needed the cleaning done the very next week. The workers arrived on time and worked with very little supervision needed. Mr. Rosa spent about an hour as well checking their work, giving some direction and making sure we were satisfied with the work. They did an excellent job and we will use them again and would recommend.

Showed up promptly, really nice cleaners, friendly and pleasant. HARD workers! Did a great job and made the house shine better than it did when we bought it 5 years ago!
