They did a fantastic job! They got the job done quickly and the pricing is pretty fair. I was very satisfied with the finished product and we are going to use them as a regular cleaning service.

They did a good job it was very satisfactory, the price was fair as well, and they do offer Angie's List discounts.

Initially, the quality was very good for about 2 months. However, the quality slowly and consistently degraded. In July we noticed two scratches on our hardwood floors from sliding furniture. Nelson came out to look at them and said he would have "his floor guy" call us to have him refinish the floors for free. This never happened. They did give us a free cleaning the following week. We weren't asking for either - just to let him know to have the crews be more careful. Quality of the cleanings got much worse after that. However, they were always punctual and the price was right in line with other quotes we had received. Would still be using them if the quality hadn't deteriorated.

Everything has gone very well. They do a good job.

I spent four-hundred dollars the first initial cleaning then a hundred and fifteen for every two weeks. The owner, Nelson, came with a crew. They gave it the most thorough cleaning I have ever seen. We have asked them to come every two weeks to do a basic clean. We are extremely happy with their work.

Nelson came out an gave us an estimate. He showed us everything that they would do in advance. On cleaning day, they came with 3 cleaners and started at 8AM on a Saturday. Everyone was very nice and personable, They cleaned the second floor first and continued on to the first floor. They even rotated and worked through lunch. We liked them so much that we now have them coming back once a month.

These people are phenomenal. I love coming home on the day they clean -- everything sparkles. Not only do they clean every time in places none of my other cleaners ever touched -- the ceiling fans, the front porch, under and behind the furniture, the inside of the windows -- they get all the cat hair off my upholstered furniture! I never thought that was possible. When they first gave me the estimate for how much it would cost, I thought it was expensive because it was twice what my previous cleaners charged. But these people are worth every single penny and more.

They do an excellent job cleaning. Most of the time that they have been working for us we have had bathroom and a half demolished and they have been flexible with working around contractors. They do a great job cleaning and dusting. They are prompt. The price is reasonable for the job that they do. Our house is a little over 3000 square feet.

They came out right away for an estimate. Nelson himself comes out. Basically, we were really happy with the results. They were very thorough. You could use a white glove and go through and not find any dust - this was great since there was dust from just having the floors done. As for our maintenance cleaning, we feel they have been great as well.

My fianc e and I contacted Nelson's cleaning to get a quote for housecleaning. My fianc e has difficulty understanding Nelson on the phone; but in person, I was able to understand him fairly well (he's Brazilian). The owner, Nelson, came to our home and did a half-hour walk-through. He discussed what would be done (mini-blinds cleaned, floors mopped, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, windows, cleaning air registers, vents and fans, cupboards, etc.). We discussed pricing and discounts available and he left his card and a written estimate. We called him back to negotiate prices and arrange a schedule. He and his crew were able to accommodate our work schedules and arrived promptly at the arranged time and date. A crew of three came for the initial cleaning. A two-person crew will be coming monthly. When I got home from work, they had finished and left the house locked behind them. I spent the next half hour with my jaw dropped, noticing all of the things that were sparkling clean. In fact, it was a fun game for the next couple of days to find newly clean things. Floors glowed, lights were brighter, more sunlight shone through the windows, the heating ducts were dust-free, the window sills and frames were clean (even between the glass and screens)even the toaster oven that we were considering replacing because I couldn't get it clean looked brand new. I couldn't believe it. I used to think I was pretty good at cleaning up the house. But, after having it done professionally, I feel like an amateur. At first, I balked at the price. After seeing the results, it's totally worth it. It's hours of time I can spend doing something I enjoy and not having my allergies bothered by dust. It's feeling like I can invite friends over anytime without being embarrassed, so worth it.

They are very detail oriented. We have a big family and they do a great job at working around our schedule. They are also very trustworthy and that is very important me.

Nelson's cleaning did a fantastic job! From first meeting Nelson to meeting his employees when they arrived to clean it was a terrific experience. We talked about what they would clean and where, and they went well beyond my expectations. When I saw them vacuuming the carport I was stunned. We plan to use them for regular cleaning in our new home. They worked hard and were respectful of the property and the results were better quality than I could imagine.

They'll clean things that you never realized needing cleaning. They did a fabulous job.

They're extremely prompt. Very thorough and accommodating. They want to make you happy. My house has never been cleaner, I love them and they're great.

This was an outstanding experience and when I get ready to sell my current home I will use them again to come in and clean the house to get it ready to show potential buyers. This was an awesome experience.

They had showed up on time to do the work. They had gone through everything after they were done to make sure that everything was clean. They had gave me a list everything that had been done. They had it done when I wanted it done.

Nelson and his crew of 4 individuals arrived a few minutes early and immediately went to work. They cleaned our entire home and did an extremely thorough job. They worked very hard and worked late into the evening to complete the project. All of them were very polite. The house looks great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a deep cleaning.

It was a very last minute request, but it turned out great. I called on Monday, they came out on Wednesday for an estimate, and they were available to clean on Friday. The estimate was good compared to other places I had called and the description of the work seemed very thorough. I was amazed at what a great job they did. My house has probably never been that clean and it was great to show it off for the party I was having the next day.

I have had bad experiences with several other housecleaning companies, which is the reason I joined Angie's List. I got tired of coming home to broken items, poorly cleaned areas and I was furious when one cleaning company ran into my car while it was sitting in the driveway. I did a thorough investigation of reviews on Nelson's and despite the initial cost, I couldn't ignore the rave reviews from his clients. I had my first cleaning yesterday and they were at our house for nearly 8 hours cleaning! I have never seen such a thorough cleaning from any of the other maid services. When Nelson told me some of the things they would pay attention to and make sure were cleaned, I almost laughed at him because no other cleaning company had bothered to mention these things--lifting up the windows to clean the sill area, pulling out the stove drawer, etc. The house looks incredible and they worked extremely hard. The house has probably never been this clean. We will continue with the cleaning services every other week and the rate for those visits is actually lower than two of the other maid services I previously had hired. I would highly recommend Nelson's cleaning. Get past the initial cleaning cost and take a look at how long they will be there cleaning on the first visit. It's more than worth it!

Nelson's brought in 8 cleaners including the owner Nelson Jesus and thoroughly cleaned the house. They cleaned inside cabinets, vacuumed the furniture, lighting, flower arrangements, drapes, railing, cabinet tops, railings, floors etc; a top to bottom cleaning. Overall I was satisfied with the cleaning and was please to get in done in 6 hours. While it was overwhelming to have 8 extra people in the house, I was happy to have it completed in one day.

I thought that my house was reasonably clean since I have paid to have it cleaned bi-weekly for years. But Nelson has a different, higher standard for cleanliness. Truly, he has an aversion to dirt! For example, there is a small tray on the outside of the refrigerator door where the water collects after one gets a glass of water or ice. With time, hard water stains build up there. I have always noticed them but never been bugged by them. Nelson took the time to remove that piece of plastic and get it like-new clean with lots of careful scrubbing under the faucet. With this attention to detail, Nelson is sure to satisfy virtually all his clients. And all of this hard work was done in a cheerful way.
