The couple who come out are very pleasant, professional, constatntly working and dont waste time. I felt the quality the second time around was slightly less than the first time...But I intend to continue to use this service...I think they are very responsive and if I bring my concerns to their attention I am sure they will take them into consideration.

I love them. They are always on time and they are trustworthy. It is always the same crew. I love everything about them. They do a great job. They will do whatever I tell them to do. They are just the nicest and I have referred them to several people. They are a little more expensive, but it is so worth it. The quality and service are great. They get right back to you and he runs his business like I run mine. I would rather pay and get the quality.

After the initial heavy duty spring cleaning, we arranged for them to come once a week. The same two individuals came on time every week, and had smiles on their faces and were ready to work. Every week, they clean each of my 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, all baseboards, vacuum down two flights of stairs, kitchen, make the beds, clean the furniture and counters, etc. It has been almost a year now that I have been working with Nelson's cleaning and I am extremely pleased. In the past, I have had cleaning companies send different workers each time and also overcharge me. This did not happen with Nelson's clean. The owner and workersw seem dedicated to doing a good job to satisfy their own work ethic and reputation, as well as to please me. I have lived in three different stated and have many, many cleaning companies and individuals attempt to keep my house clean. But Nelson's Cleaning is the best by far!!! There is never a problem of workers calling in sick at the last minute, or no shows, or sloppy work. They are dedicated workers who clean my house as if it were their own. I look forward to a very long working relationship with Nelson's Cleaning.

This is the 3rd time they have cleaned our home. There is a 2 person crew and we have the same crew each time. They thoroughly clean the bathrooms and the kitchen. The other rooms received a good cleaning also. They furnish all needed supplies and equipment. They are pleasant and polite. We're very pleased with the service we are receiving. We chose them to replace our cleaning person who we had used for 10 years until she relocated to Florida. We had used Nelson's one other time when we purchased our home and they did a deep cleaning which required 6 people for approximately 8 hours. We were so pleased that we wanted to give them an opportunity to do our regular cleaning. Prior to the first cleaning we met with Bruno who "walked" our home and explained the process his crew would be using. We were very impressed with him also. We would recommend Nelson's to anyone needing a cleaning service.

They are on time, prompt and very good. They do have problems speaking English, but that is okay, but I haven?t had any problems with it. They are very good at what they do and are very nice people. I think their pricing is fair.

Rosaline and Bruno were very responsive. They were able to schedule an estimate the day I called, and were able to send a crew back to my house the next day for cleaning. The actually cleaning went longer than we had expected, they took time to attend to details. The quality was great!!

I selected Nelson's due to the overwhelming reviews that were positive. I was extremely happy with the quality of the work performed. Our initial cleaning was a "deep cleaning" and the team was here for almost 9 hours. They cleaned things I never even thought to clean! Bathroom fan covers were removed and the entire fixture was cleaned. Appliances and furniture were moved to clean behind and below. Windows and blinds were are sparkling. The bathrooms were better than new! I wholeheartedly recommend Bruno and his team. I have hired Nelson's to now provide cleaning every two weeks. The charge for that is $120. The couple assigned to us work so hard when they are here. The regular cleaning takes about 2 hours.

They are very good and polite. They cleaned everything in the whole cleaning, including dining room lamps, inside of windows and bathrooms were cleaned very well. With each of the monthly cleanings the house has been a delight to come home to.

As always, it was a very positive experience.

AMAZING! (I have had a different cleaning service for 1 year, and they were not doing such a great job.) Nelson's Cleaning did a PHENOMENAL job. They arrived on time, and worked very hard the entire time they were here. The owner came with them and was here for the beginning of the job, which I really appreciated. Our house has never been cleaned this well. I am completely satisfied with the job they did!

The price isn't cheap, but the quality and attention to detail was excellent. This was the second time we used the company for a whole house deep cleaning and once again they did a fabulous job. It is definitely worth the price! On both occasions, the employees worked so hard and so long so you defintely get your money's worth. The employees were all very personable and conscientious. Bruno, the company's owner, gives your job individual attention and makes sure all work is completed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I interviewed several people and I liked this one best. For the first cleaning, it was more expensive than everyone else so I expected exceptional results, but it was maybe only a little bit better than I was used to. When I complained, they gave me the next cleaning free so it was alright. The first cleaning took longer than I expected but that was okay and now that they come weekly, it only takes about two or two and half hours. They are willing to work with you and they come on time. The two people that come do not speak good English so we have problems communicating if there is anything I need to tell them.

Nelson's cleaning is always on time and does a great job. I believe it is very affordable

I have been very impressed with Nelson's cleaning--the work they do is superb! We had a thorough (deep) cleaning done in August; our home has never been so clean. Bruno is an amazing individual. He defines thorough--every single little detail. He even fixed two light fixtures without my asking. We are completely pleased with the work that has been done by Nelson's. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

For the deep cleaning service, they came with 4 people and stayed approximately 8 hours. My house has never been so clean! They really did a tremendous job -- cleaning just about everything in the house. I also signed up for bi-weekly service, and they have come once for this cleaning. Again, I have been very happy with this cleaning as well - took two of them about 2 hours.

I had a very good experience with them. They did a very good and thorough job. They cleaned every nook and corner of my place. They even cleaned my closet upstairs and reorganized it which I didn?t expect them to do. They were prompt in getting here. They explained what they were going to do and how long it will take so I knew what to expect. It was easy to communicate with them. I thought the price was the worth it. I would use them again for sure.

It was a great experience! They actually scheduled my first cleaning just a couple of days after I got my estimate! And the people did a great job! Bruno came out and got them started and talked to me, and then the other three people went to town! Our house had not smelled that clean in a long time! I feel completely confident that I will always come home to a very clean house when they are done...and if something isn't right for some reason, I have faith that Bruno will take care of it!

I had a once a month thing with them but the lady stopped calling and she stopped showing up all of a sudden. I had them for about a year but when the stopped calling, I figured I just wouldn't have them anymore.

Absolutely wonderful - great experience

They did a great job. They came out the week before to do an estimate for both this service and for a monthly price. The owner took his shoes off before entering my home and was very nice during the estimate. I was in a pinch to get the job done before my children's party and they were able to work me in the day before on one of their busy days. The owner came on time and the staff ran a little late due to being delayed on another job, but they were kind, courteous and professional the entire time in our house. Again, the staff took off their shoes and kept asking if everything looked good. The house smelled and looked great when they were done and we will definitely use them again.

The staff was very considerate and respectful of the house and my family.

It was more money than I wanted to spend but when they finished I felt it was worth every penny. They cleaned under & behind furniture. They scrubbed base boards and wall trim in addition to the doors. I have had several other services like this. Nelson's is the best!

We contracted out Nelson's for monthly cleaning. The team went over and above what we had expected and did more of a "deep" clean. We plan to have to use them for all of our house cleaning going forward on a monthly basis.
