Nelson's Cleaning

The only issue that I have is that the people who come to work don?t speak English. So, I have to call the company to ask any questions, which is not a big deal. Otherwise, they are very professional, lovely, and nice and they do a fabulous job. They are always on time and are prompt. I have nothing bad to say about them. They come out regularly and I am content with them.

We've been using them for three months. Overall we have been very pleased with the work they do. They have been honest and hardworking. They have done everything they said they would do. They are a little pricey but they do good work.

Arrived promptly at 7:30 AM with four workers who then cleaned the house in great detail and finished after eight hours. House was astonishingly clean after completion. Highly recommended.

They do an EXCELLENT job, are very thorough, thoughtful, trustworthy, and a bargain compared to other cleaning services. I would HIGHLY recommend them. We provide our own "green" products for their use in our house and they are very willing and accomodating in our request to use the products we prefer. They are prompt and any minor issues that have come up over the years (nothing major) has been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I couldn't imagine switching services. They're great.

Showed up on time; two people working; worked from 9 a.m-3 p.m. worked the entire day. I had a heavy grate in the floor that needed to be removed in order to clean. The men worked hard to remove the grate, clean and replace. This was beyond the call of duty.

They are amazing. No complaints at all. They have never missed a cleaning. They are careful, courteous, reliable, trustworthy....simply GREAT!!!!! Can't recommend them enough. It was a welcome change to find them as other services were not nearly as good or reliable.

I hired Nelson's to do a monthly house clean for me and they did a great job! I wasn't sure what to expect and they paid attention to every little detail. I had a team of two and they spent 2 hours cleaning my house and I can't wait to schedule them again. The estimate Bruno gave us was right on and what I loved was that he didn't charge us for a first time deep clean like the other companies we got estimates from, which made us more comfortable to give them a try without investing double the money. The team worked so hard and non stop while they were here. They dusted everything top to bottom from ceiling fans to baseboards without me asking. The bathtubs and shower stalls were amazlingly clean as was the kitchen. They vacuumed under the beds, couches and in all the corners. They moved lighter pieces of furniture to clean behind them. I was absolutely blown away at how clean my house was within two hours. They arrived on time and were very professional, and as sweet as could be.

We used to love Nelson's Cleaning. We liked them so much we hired them to do a once-monthly cleaning in our new home for about the last 2 years. They do a better job of whole-house monthly cleaning than I can do, except now they no longer clean the edges of the carpets or the kitchen counters?! Those tough edges are what I am hiring them to clean once a month!. Also, now they have very, very loud vacuum cleaners. The noise level from the vacuums is hard to deal with if you are in the home while they are using them. I hate to say it, but I think I would rather start spending my one weekend day a week cleaning the house than have them come into our home again. I called Nelson's Cleaning twice and left messages on an answering machine, but I since do not speak Portugese I am not sure they got my messages. I wish they could be the "old" Nelson's Cleaning!

The couple that I had were wonderful. They did everything (and more) than I was promised by Bruno. I honestly didn't think that the cleaning would be as in depth as it was--I was just extremely pleased. Because the experience was so good, I will now have them come monthly to clean. I highly recommend this company.

A team of two come and clean my house every other week. They are extremely professional and very thorough.

Showed up on time with a large crew, we left the house, and by the end of the day they were done. Due to a slight language barrier issue, there was a misunderstanding because we wanted the inside and outside of windows done, but only the inside was done. I don't fault them because I believe it was a miscommunication and I bear a share of the blame. I have since learned that Nelson's uses different people to clean the outsides of the windows.

I am completely wowed by Bruno's cleaning crew. They left no stone unturned - I literallly could not find anything dirty in my house! I have already recommended him to friends and I plan on using the biweekly cleaning service now too. Thank you Bruno for an amazing job well done. It was a pleasure meeting you and your staff.

We have used this service for about a year. They started off great but have progressively gotten worse. On this particular visit, we noticed several items not dusted and a bathroom tub that was missed. We pay $125 a visit for a total of 2X per month ($250). Their staff is very polite and good about changing dates if needed and they do a great job on cleaning floors and mirrors in particular. However, we don't feel we are getting the same level of quality and thorough cleaning that they did the first couple of months.

This cleaning service deserves an A PLUS...they worked all day to make the house look wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased. Bruno himself checked frequently and stayed the last few hours to complete the tasks. They did everything promised - and more. The house looks wonderful - and my realtor has asked for Bruno's business card for future reference. I would recommend this company without hesitation. It is a pleasure to do business with people who are so responsible and efficient.

We had kitchen remodeling done and there was dust everywhere on my first floor. Adelson & Marilene did a fantastic job cleaning they even took register covers off floor to clean and also cleaned artificial plants that I had. I never had cleaning people before and now have had them return 2 times---THEY HAVE SPOILED ME! I now am having them come once a month to clean the whole house (3400 sq. ft) at $155.00 a month.

They did a move out clean to prepare my parents house for sale. They have lived there 30 years, so there was a lot of work to be done. The took down and cleaned all the light fixtures and thoroughly dusted and cleaned blinds in addition to the usual cleaning. The house is brighter and cleaner than it has been in years! They went over and above my expectations.

I have been using Nelson's for bi-weekly cleaning for approximately three months. The two-person team who cleans my house is very thorough. They always do a nice job and I love coming home to a house that smells great! I only have them clean two of the four bedrooms in the house because the other two are rarely ever in use. This arrangement is fine with them and allows me to save some money on something that doesn't need regular cleaning.

FANTASTIC! I have used Nelson's in the past and for some reason, after a couple of year lay off, I tried another company. After they "cleaned" the house, and two subsequent attempts failed, Nelson's came in and did an amazing job. They are the most thorough and most cost effective cleaning service I have found.
