Jay came out and diagnosed an issue that I was worried was going to be very expensive to fix. He was professional and courteous and resolved the issue quickly and for less than I would have expected. I appreciate his time and patience explaining things to me

Excellent experience. The electrician, Jay, arrived promptly, was very polite and professional, and answered all our questions fully. He installed two GFIs and two ceiling fans and was finished by lunch time. I was in the room while he installed the second fan, and we had a very good conversation as he worked. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. We have some work to get done, and will be requesting him again. Highly recommend this company.

They did excellent work!! They hide the exposed wires that were on my ceiling. It now looks great. They also hard wired an electric logs inside my fireplace. You can t see the wires anymore. The price was reasonable. This was all done in one day. I would hire them again.

I had a broken sump pump that required replacement. I appreciated their work ethic and problem-solving approach. Kyle and Alex demonstrated transparency throughout the process. This was exemplified by their timeliness,and accomplishing the work objectives promised. When a snafu occurred with a specific product's availability, they informed me of the issue, and made an up-graded substitution. I had received quotes from others but Kyle and Alex of Reed Sewer and Drains stood head and shoulders above the rest.

They were very professional and personable. They cleaned up after themselves well and wore shoe covers. They explained issues thoroughly which helped me to decide what I wanted to do and also inspected other items while they were there. They discovered that my sump pump wasn't working and I am so glad of that! That will be the next project. Based on what I've seen for similar repairs I felt they were quite reasonable in their charges.

Alex was very prompt in calling me for initial details regarding the project. Additionally, he followed up with me once the installation date was established. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I received quotes from 4 other service providers, and Reed's was the most affordable by far. Considering the quality of the installation and service, I feel like we got great value for our money. I would definitely recommend them.
