Jim is a knowledgeable, skilled professional...very personable, and dedicated to finishing the job at hand quickly, safely, and completely. He responded and arrived at my home within a couple hours of our phone conversation, evaluated the situation (badly injured racoon, likely struck by a car, with damaged back legs, starting scavenging back porch at night). A cage/'trap was bated and set at the entry area to the porch, and the racoon was trapped and removed the next morning without any further issues.... I highly recommend MyCritterPro for any animal removal issues you may have....a great job.
