+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT RESPOND TO US IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO CONTACT US AFTER THEY BEGAN THE WORK. WE WENT OVER PLANS MANY TIMES AND THEY FAILED TO INCLUDE SPECIFIC ELEMENTS THAT WE DESIRED. MEASUREMENTS WERE INCORRECT AND WE BELIEVE THAT THEY SEVERELY PADDED THE BILL. THEY CHARGED US $5000 AND WE ONLY HAVE A DRAWING OF THE ADDITION, NOT EVEN COMPLETE BLUE PRINTS. WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THEM AND ASKED FOR OUR RETAINER FEE BACK, THEY SAID WE STILL OWED THEM $2000 ON TOP OF THE $3000 WE HAD PAID, SO INSTEAD OF GIVING US BACK OUR MONEY, THEY DEMANDED MORE. TWO DAYS LATER THEY SAID WE OWED $6800, AND THEY WERE JUST BEING NICE AND CHARGING $5000, EVEN THOUGH NO ADDITIONAL WORK HAD TAKEN PLACE OVER THOSE TWO DAYS. WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.
