Description of Work: I called on Muetzel via Angie's list as my regular plumber could not get there. They actually did 3 separate jobs for me. One was a gas line fix - was very affordable and well done. One was a leak - again reasonable and well done. The last was another leak that was actually in a wall. This was a rental property that we bought from a short sale, so that's why there were several issues.

Description of Work: Waterworks told us we needed a new sewer line with an estimated cost of $16,000. We asked Muetzel for a second opinion. They showed us the video of our line and informed us that it was in great shape, just a couple tree roots. The video Waterworks showed us was not of our sewer line. Waterworks appeared to have showed us a fabricated video because the two were so vastly different. I give a lot of credit to Muetzel for being honest and helpful.

Description of Work: reinstalled the toilet; it was originally installed incorrectly by another plumber.

Description of Work: repaired water tank told me it was not going to last but never offered to check back or give me any reason to reach out to them. I was surprised by the nonchalance because when I referred the company to family the technician was extremely helpful told them what to do so it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. The price quote I got for new water tank was very high by comparison to the individual what did the repair the next time and the subsequent replacement.

Description of Work: We had a shower head that was leaking. Muetzel Plumbing came out very quickly and found the root cause. The corrected it on the spot and we were very happy with the service they provided. It hasn't leaked since and they left the job area in the same condition it was when they arrived (meaning no dirty boot prints, leftover materials, etc). I would use them again.

Description of Work: fixed a leaking pipe under the sink.

Description of Work: They fixed the wax seal for leaking toilet and fixed at no additional cost the drain in the bathtub. Very polite and neat.

Description of Work: The drain pipe from the house to the road was either collapsed or clogged. We contacted Muetzel Plumbing and they were able to be there the following morning (slightly before 8am). Before starting, they fully explained the possible issues and how much each procedure would cost, answering all of our questions along the way. This made us feel very comfortable and trusting of their service. | |My son loves trucks and was concerned about a chain that might drag on the road - they even humored him, "corrected" the issue and thanked him for his help! Great group of guys - will definitely use them again!
