Excellent. Technician got there on time. Provided several options with a fair estimate. Work completed quicker than promised. Very professional.

Plumber was called to check the toilet vent pipe and attic as there appears to be water stains on the master bathroom wall. Plumber runs his mouth, told me there must be something in the paint and never goes on the roof to check the toilet vent pipe or the attic.

Steve Casey from Muetzel Plumbing arrived when scheduled. He quickly accessed the problem, then gave a time and cost estimate for the repair. He quickly went to work. He removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new pipe. He determined the cause of the leaky pipe. Apparently there was a nail that had poked into the pipe and caused a small crack in the pipe. He removed the nail. Steve finished the job in less time than his original estimate. Steve did a complete job including cleaning up. He was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Steve Casey and the entire Muetzel team.

I was very pleased with their work.

Arrived with old equipment that would not work well. They gerryrigged it to work. Forced coil to move forward by hand to help the old engine equipment. Yard smelled bad in one spot afterwards - broken tile/roots and they diverted into the yard?. After they left I found the cord to one ceiling light snapped off. Would have appreciated their telling me they broke it.

It went well. The tech explained everything clearly.

They come every year. Do a good job.

They had someone at my house within 45 minutes of my initial call. The city had to come out to locate the water line outside the home. They called and made all the arrangements with the city and scheduled a time to come back and finish the work. They confirmed the appointment day before they were returning and showed up on time despite bad weather. They were extremely professional and after the work was done they made arrangements with the city inspector to come back out for the inspection. The inspector arrived within hours and stated that he wished all jobs he inspected where done as well as ours had been. These are now my "Go To" guys for all our plumbing needs.

I was so happy we did not have to dig up the yard like some of the other plumbing companies suggested. Muetzel also replaced the cement on the sidewalk, which costs extra but was worth it. I can't believe Muetzel finished this huge job in one day. The crew was 4 or 5 professional workers - and they worked the whole day. Muetzel really earned their money.

They installed a new toilet for me a few years ago. They ended up doing less work than I estimated. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I have only used them once but would consider using them again.

Water was not draining normally down the kitchen sink drain. I wasn't sure if this was a clog or if pipes were freezing somewhere due to the extreme cold. The provider did a careful review of kitchen pipes and downstairs pipe where the water would drain and determined the problem was probably due to deposits collecting inside the old galvanized pipes. He restored the normal drainage flow by filling the sink with water and running the disposal. This solved the problem without snaking the pipes. I was grateful for the very prompt response by the company and the use of a less invasive solution. I was also educated on maintenance measures I can take to prevent deposits from building inside the pipes, for which I am also grateful. I was only charged for a service call and was given a discount coupon towards the charge.

Schedule an appointment on monday never call back to confirm or showed up at the service area , never hold their promises their all talk and good work .

Cut a small hole in the ceiling to access the valve that had cracked and replaced valve and reattached. They were in and out in roughly an hour. Great job!!

This company did a great job installing both faucets. They worked with my schedule so I did not have to take anytime off from work and when I was a few minutes late they patiently waited for my arrival. The plumbers were polite, very professional to include being considerate of my floors and carpet so it wouldn't get it dirty. I would use this company again.

I was extremely pleased with the service. He was agreeable to come into my home and was so efficient. He worked so hard to take care of my problems. He couldn't have been nicer and did a beautiful job. Very clean.

He came and used a magnet to get it out and didnt charge me. I was very satisfied. He came out with in a hour or two.

It went very well. They tell you up front what they think needs done and give you a price for it. My only frustration was that they gave me two options on the sump pump situation and, when they decided the pump needed replaced, they still charged us for the 2nd option even though I thought it should've been part of the whole "pump replacement" thing. So I feel like we paid an extra $189. Still, they did a good job and the technician was very professional.

He arrived on time and replaced the coupling on my water heater. He did a good job and I would recommend his services to others.

This provider was wonderful! They were very good at keeping touch and letting me know that they were not able to make my apt and rescheduled quickly. The provider wore foot booties to keep from leaving any messes and I appreciated this. I had originally had Mr Rooter come out and do an estimate and this was significantly more expensive and this provider was able to do the job more efficiently and at almost half the cost.

They were fast, timely, and professional

Shawn was really great...he found the root cause and fixed the issue cery quickly. Would definitely use this company for all future srrvices.

The pipe was reset and the flapper and valve replaced on the toilet. He also took a look at the bigger issue I have been having and plan to fix soon, and made a couple suggestions. It took a couple hours and everything went well. The service was excellent, and everything is back in order. It was a little more than i hoped to spend, but it needed to be fixed.
