I e-mailed Muetzel in a panic after close of business on a Thursday night when both of our two toilets were clogged and I was unable to unclog either of them. They called me first thing Friday morning and had someone out to the house before 9 am. The plumber was friendly, courteous, and professional, and took great care to avoid making a mess. He explained the cause of the problems with me and discussed possible solutions before we decided on how to proceed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to call them again.

They fixed a slow leak in my basement. It was from an outside tap, but I have lots of outside taps, so I didn't know which one it was coming from, and I wanted to make sure that the one I use to water my plants would still work. He showed me which tap it was and explained my options for fixing the leak. He was very professional, and and the leak was fixed the way I wanted it to be.

I always appreciate when they are available.

Called early in day to request service and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who promptly scheduled me for later in the day as soon as the tech was available. They called my cell ahead of time so I could leave work to meet them at my home. The technician was prompt, very friendly, clean in appearance and couldn't have been more professional. He asked the right questions, told me what he was going to do, and was careful about preventing a mess during the process, and in fact cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I have used this company before and will continue to use them!

What a great experience! Called to schedule service and was given a next day appointment. The office staff clearly explained their pricing policy and what I could expect. Mike the plumber arrived on time, and was professional and friendly. He came to fix a shower that was installed about 10 years ago as part of an addition to our home. We have always had problems with this shower. We could never get cold water and this was the second time the shower handle broke. The contractor could never fix the problems to our satisfaction. Mike listened when I told him the shower's "history". He discovered that the pipes were installed backwards...hot was cold and cold was hot. He looked closely and found that the rubber sleeve on the shower handle cartridge was jammed up against the cold water port, blocking it. He surmised that the shower handle kept breaking because we were 'clicking' past the anti-scald valve each time we turned the handle to get hot water from the reversed pipes. He didn't just replace the handle, he solved the problems! Thanks, Mike for giving us our shower back!

Mike was able to find out immediately what the problem was and installed a new fill valve. I really like the fact that the plumber was knowledgeable, cheerful and efficient.

I called Muetzel after the last plumber failed to show up or return my calls. Muetzel showed up in about 2 hours. The receptionist was extremely curtious and gave me an estimate on when the service plumber would arrive. When he showed up, he assessed the problem, gave me an estimate, and then performed the work in a clean manner. I was completely impressed by their service. The price was high, but I was sick of dealing with deadbeats. Would highly recommend and use again.

They showed up at 7:25am got started right away. They were very professional and talked me through the steps that they were taking to make the job right. They were done by approx 3:30pm. I would highly recommend them to anyone with such a large plumbing problem.

It took about 10 minutes for them to unclog the drain. I felt the charge was unreasonable for plumbers. They were polite and cleaned up well. They also answered questions and were prompt. In the future, I would try to find another plumber based on upon their pricing.

So, our intended repair of a leaky toilet turned into a toilet replacement...what else is new? The bolts on our old toilet had rusted to the point that the tank was not going to be separated from the bowl. So, I called Muetzel, scheduled a date, and purchased a new toilet. Adam arrived exactly when he was supposed to, installed our new toilet, hauled out the old one (after asking if I was SURE I didn't want to put it in the yard planted with flowers!), and was finished in less that an hour. We have used Muetzel many times since purchasing our home and will continue to use and recommend them in the future. All of the plumbers have been professional, friendly, and great to work with. We are plumbing impaired (water and electricity make me nervous) and Muetzel is a great fit.

Muetzel Plumbing & Heating Co. had done a good job in fixing the toilet. We had somebody else come out to do the sewer gas solder. They said we had to have something else done before they could come and work on it.

They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would. They were good with my dog; I have a big rottweiller. The guy enjoyed my dog, and the dog enjoyed him. They were done rather quickly, and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be.

They were able to come out and repair the problem without causing any other problems. The price was right for the work. I thought that it was well worth what I paid. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called after regular business hours. I got a return call from their answering service within minutes to set up an appointment time. At the appointed time, I was at work, but the plumber called me and kept me posted on the progress along the way. Not in an annoying way, but enough to let me know exactly what was going on. When he suspected he may have to charge me extra for having to remove the toilet in the bathroom, he let me know in advance and gave me a rough estimate of what the final cost would be. Upon completion, he told me what he found in the drain, gave me suggestions for follow up maintenance, and how much to expect to pay for that. He was (I'm so sorry I didn't write down his name) courteous, down to earth, and efficient. I will HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

They came earlier than expected. They told me I was going to be the last call of the day, but they came at 2:00 in the afternoon. They did a nice job. They were efficient. The toilet seems to be working fine.

The person who came out was very professional, punctual and knew what he was doing. He kept me informed of what he was doing. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

I had a slight leak coming from a pipe attached to the water meter. I chose this company based on the fact that they did not charge a service call. That was my mistake. Although the pipe was replaced ok, the price was very very high which is my main complaint. I will not use this company again because I feel that they are very pricey even though the work was completed successfully/

I called Muetzel with a plumbing emergency on 9-5-09. My family was expecting out of state guests and our water heater failed. The company did return our call, but their lack of interest and enthusiasm for the job was very evident. I declined to use them, and to me, that seemed to be just fine with them.

The repair was made quickly and efficiently. Very punctual service and professional.

We had 2 leaks; one in the upstairs bathroom in the trap and the other in the kitchen sink just above the trap. In the upstairs bathroom, the pipe had corroded and there was a pinhole and when we used water, it would leak out. They replaced the dent trap and further to the wall. In the kitchen, the nuts on the pipe for the trap had corroded. They replaced the trap including the part coming out of the bottom of the sink. The kitchen sink had two basins and the pipe coming from the other basin would join up at an intersection. They replaced that intersection. The job was very well done. I have not seen water drain out faster. They were knowledgeable and knew what to do. A few years ago we had a disperser on the sink which we used for a very short time. It came with a crank which we could use to move the blades. Initially, it was hard to move it but after that it moved smoothly but I could not get it to work. When they were doing the job on the sink, I mentioned it to him and he said that the disperser came with a little reset button. All we had to do was press the button and it would work. I had not worked with these things and did not know about it.

They were extremely punctual and an overall honest company. He gave me the best quote, which was a great price.

They were able to schedule us very quickly and worked with my schedule, unlike another company we called earlier. Customer service returned my call quickly. The plumber, Shawn was on time and went over the issue with me thoroughly before doing the estimate. He fixed the issue quickly and double-checked that the toilet worked before finishing up. Did a great clean-up job and even disposed of the broken part for me. He also pointed out a problem that we hadn't noticed before and let us know that although not urgent, it might need repair in a year or two (e.g., didn't try to do any high-pressure sales, which I appreciated). He also gave me a recommendation on a cleaning agent that wouldn't degrade the gaskets and plastics inside the toilet. He was in and out of the house in less than 45 minutes, and was incredibly pleasant and professional. Overall a nice experience.
