It went well. David was professional and answered all our questions. When I called him back the next day with a question, he returned my call.

Went well. Scheduling was easy. They called and showed up when they said they wouold. Plumber helped me through a couple decisions, then rebuilt a toilet. Entire job including some unforeseen difficulties were addressed on time and with professionalism.

The secretary said there was no service call charge to diagnose the problem. She said the serviceman would give me a price and I could either hire him or send him away. She also said she would send a coupon for discount that I had trouble retrieving from my computer .He told us there is a $59. service charge. He gave us a price of $249. and I thought it too expensive. So I mentioned the coupon and Angie's list. He then gave us a price of $166. but no mention of any coupon. The repair was completed and apparently the leak, which is in a concealed area, has subsided. But, I am still questioning the fairness of the charges.

They were all very nice and the whole experience was good. I have used them several times and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Metzel did not find the problem because he actually missed a corner that was ultimately the problem. They admitted their mistake after the fact and withdrew their second charge to me when they had to come back again. I give them a good rating for using the camera but the service was a bit omissive.

He unstopped the disposal. As I will be changing the sink soon, suggested that I replace disposal then. Advised that toilet problems were tank hardware related, no evidence of clogged drains. (My son can change the tank hardware.) Serviceman was professional, clean & neatly attired, informative. I will certainly use this company for future plumbing needs.

He has come out twice and he is coming back on Monday. We had three quotes done for the new lines and drains in the bathroom. It was drainpipes and valves for the showers. Mike, the plumber, instilled a lot of confidence in us. Another salesperson didn't seem to have enough answers like I wanted to hear and I didn't like that. Mike was going to actually be doing the work and he told us what we could and couldn't do. I really appreciated that. He has a lot of energy and does the work quickly and happily. He is a very happy guy. He is the kind of guy that whistles while he works. He is very professional and left a clean place. He always lays out a mat for his toolbox and always put on his slippers. He is really, really particular and I am not but I really appreciated the fact that he does that. I told him not to worry about it but he does. I'm not sure what his hourly rate is; he gave us a bill for the whole job. I always choke on the price but honestly his price was competitive. We had used him to do work at another house. One bid was slightly under and I asked if they would meet the price and they did. It was only like $100 difference. Muetzel put in a different gas line than somebody else was going to put in. I keep having them come out for different jobs. Mike is great and I always love it when he whistles while he works.

We were having gas logs installed in wood burning fireplace which required running a gas line. The plumbing co we originally hired to do this left us with a gas leak and a sloppy looking job. Muetzel plulmber Mike Cisar repaired the leak, checked all connections, and improved connections and attachments. When he finished, the line no longer leaked and it looked like a professional had run the line. He also talked me through how the logs worked. Additionally, he offered information to consider about the gas line in general and the fireplace and having the gas line grounded.

Meutzel does not charge a service charge just to show up, and they charge a flat rate for repairs rather than an hourly rate. This can be good if you run into unforseen issues like I did. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided an estimate. Because the repair involved the main water shut-off valve inside my home, the water had to be turned off at the street (by the city water department) before Meutzel could make the repair. Unfortunately, the city had not yet done that, but they were able to send someone out quickly to do it. The repair itself didn't take that long, and I was grateful that Meutzel quoted a flat rate rather than an hourly rate. Great work, no mess, friendly staff.

It was from the ply line, the line going from the wall to the toilet. They always do a great job and are very professional and on time. The cost is always very reasonable too. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mike explained to me that if the water lines were mixing together under the kitchen sink that I wouldn't be getting any cold water there at all. Also, he told me that the water temperature is controlled by whatever the temperature of the water happens to be when the city pipes it into my home. In colder weather, it might be cooler. Everything in my home seemed to be in working order. Mike answered all my questions satisfactorily.

We wanted to replace our gas water heater since it was getting way too old. We began by checking for water heaters on Angie?s List. The main reason we chose Muetzel Plumbing & Heating was that we liked the way Mike proposed to do the installation when he came out to give us an estimate. Although their price was higher than most others, we anticipated that their quality would be worth it. The timing was right to get some reimbursement from the ARRA Ohio rebate program. The appropriate qualifying make and model was determined by rebate information, plumber, secretary, supplier, and us. Melissa was very helpful when we called their office for scheduling and with questions. She also provided us with the forms to submit for the rebate. Mike did an excellent job installing the water heater, drain pan, and piping. As printed on an Angie coupon, he really was ?better, cleaner, faster?, as well as patient and thorough to answer our questions. After we remarked on the use of wood to make a platform for the drain pan to go under the water heater, he immediately replaced the wood with masonry. The following Saturday the Muetzel serviceman on call came because the flame was out and there was no hot water. He checked the unit, relit the pilot light (a one in a hundred incident, he said), found no other problem, for no charge. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with Muetzel?s installation, price, and service.

They said it would take a week to get back to us with quote. It's been three weeks and we haven't heard anything! We needed it done quickly so we went with Jack L Woods plumbing and we are very happy. Muetzel is too large and understaffed to keep up with their popularity.

I called this company first because of the high rating on Angie's' List and the proximity to my home. Since my plumbing emergency was on a Sunday, they told me the serviceman on call would contact me. After waiting about 45 minutes, I received a call telling me it would be a minimum of $500.00 to snake a drain because it was a Sunday. Really?! I decided to try another company on Angie's List and I'm glad I did. It only cost me $135.00 and they were timely and very nice. Muetzel may be a great company, but look out if you have a weekend emergency.

They checked everything thoroughly, but no plumbing work was necessary. They didn't charge me anything, which was much appreciated! The man was quite pleasant and offered helpful suggestions and advice.

The service tech was prompt and courteous. He installed the new water spigot correctly and asked my opinion about how I wanted it to be installed and what type of faucet. Pricing was explained in advance with each detail of cost listed. There were no surprises or added costs. The prices were not cheap, but the honesty, expertise and courtesy were well worth the price.

Didn't use as it was going to be a week - they did say they would put me on a list of any cancellations.

Due to faucets/spigots not working and causing flooding inside, Meutzel called to provide estimate for corrective work to be completed. Shawn looked over the problems and provided an estimate for work needing to be done. Shawn returned to do the actual work as scheduled. Shawn was very professional and discussed with me as to the work he was doing throughout the project. Appointment schedules were very prompt, timely and professional.

Overall, the service went well. They came out and did an estimate and finished the work right on the spot. Prompt, courteous, helpful, and received another estimate that was comparable.

Technician (Mike) was wonderful. He was punctual, professional, and very courteous. You could tell he knew his stuff and even answered a lot of questions for me. The whole experience was fantastic and I have no complaints--from my initial call until the work was completed- it was all smooth sailing. Mike even liked our dog. I highly recommend!! Great customer service!

Called Muetzel based on information on Angie's List, made an appointment, service tech was right on time, explained that they work based on a diagnosis and then a fixed price for the service. You dan decide to not get the service and owe nothing. He gave me the price and I said to go ahead. He fixed it. Very professional and no issues about travel time, time and materials, etc. One price and everything is included. Service person was very professional, did not make a mess and cleaned up after the job. I would use them again for sure.

We called Meutzel to schedule the job and they had a cancellation so were able to fit us in the next day. The plumber said there was no need to replace the leaky valve; rather he could simply tighten it up. He tried to see whether he could fix the leaky faucet without replacing it, but that was unsuccessful. He then replaced the faucet. We had purchased the faucet ourselves. He was on time, courteous and did the job efficiently.
