Description of Work: This company told me they would give me an estimate and if I OK's the price would do the work the same morning. The first words out of the technicians mouth as he entered my home was he could not do the work until next Wednesday. I told him what the office told me about same day service and he said they were too busy. I had other HVAC work scheduled fro next Wednesday that depended on their work on Friday.
