Terrible! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don't know how they're still in business if they treat customers like crap!
Description of Work: These guys are a bit pricier than others, but I heard they do an ok job. So I called several times only to get turned over to the voicemail system. Left a message the first day in the morning, no return call. Second day, called first thing in the morning, left a message, and called several more times throughout the day. No answer, no return call. Third day, I finally spoke with Jerry (the owner from what I understand). The guy was just a complete jerk. Incredibly rude, to say the least. I was willing to look past this, as I'm more just interested in getting a good quality product for my money. I was told they don't do business on weekends and that I would have to drop my car off on a weekday morning. I asked if I could drop my vehicle off ther night before (during their evening business hours), because I have to be to work by 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. He said either I take time off work, or they don't do my car, because they "don't need business enough to make exceptions for anyone". Needless to say, I'm going to do more research and go with a different company.

Horrible. Travelled to the other side of town on a cold day - took the morning off and got nothing accomplished. I wasn't at my best but Mr. Tint has terrible customer service skills, at least with me!
Description of Work: I spoke with the owner (Jerry?) on the phone in Wed, 1/5/2011, and he was very friendly and engaging. he mentioned that he might not be able to match the color exactly but he could get close. We setup an appt for the first thing Friday, 1/7/2011, AM. BTW, the address is 1092 FRANK Rd, which is on the opposite end of town from where I live/work. I walked in the door at 8:30 and he looked at me like I was a martian! I gave him my name and he asked what kind of car I had as he glanced at what looked like a schedule. He then asked the color of the car - I told him "Dark blue" and he immediately responded with " I don't have that color". I then asked why didn't he mention that in the phone and could he at least look at the car. He grumbled, started to walk out and then admonished me for asking a question. He then turned and said "I'm through with this". We did not do any business!
