It went well. In addition to reattaching the fascia board. Aaron also tightened the metal porch overhang so that it stopped vibrating. He seemed very knowledgeable about the work.

They were great. Polite, friendly and no argument about masks which is so appreciated. If I had to look for something wrong? Too polite? Just a great experience and am working on a new list for them. They are a little more expensive but they are also bonded and insured and delivered on time. It’s worth paying to have things done right and done well the first time.

Overall well. Though nice, I was very concerned that the workers did not show up with masks in the midst of COVID. Great job but not professionally courteous with respect to this.

The window trim looks amazing however, the tech did not have the proper drill to install the handrail. I was told someone would get back with me to reschedule but a week later, Mr. Handyman has remained quiet. My follow-up with the company was never responded to either. While I was pleased with the work that they did do, I most likely will not use them again since the work order was left incomplete.

Very responsive upon initial request. Requested detailed information about the work that was needed and asked for pictures, which were sent. I was told that that I should receive an estimate within a day, it's now been a month. What a horrible way to run a business.

Tech did not remove old Caulk before Re-Caulking. Tech also ruined my Kitchen Cabinet Faces. Holes for pulls were ALL misaligned. Only use if you want your home destroyed and for the owner, Lee Gilbert to do nothing about it! DO NOT STAND BY THEIR DONE RIGHT GUARANTEE!
