Mosaic Cleaning

We had never hired a housecleaner before, so we weren't sure what to expect, but Laurie was highly recommended by a trusted neighbor. It turns out that we are extremely pleased with her work, and it dramatically improves our enjoyment of our home to have someone else making our bathrooms sparkle and getting rid of the cat-hair tumbleweeds on a regular basis! She gets more efficient with every visit and has time to include chores that don't need to be done every other week (such as baseboards, windowsills, or kitchen fixtures). She takes the initiative to attend to important details without being asked; this week she cleaned all the built-up dust out of the electric fan in the bedroom. Laurie is very friendly and fun to have in the house, but she doesn't take time away from her cleaning to chat excessively. She is open to suggestions and very flexible about how she uses her two-hour block of time; she welcomes suggestions and is eager to figure out how to satisfy her customers. She is patient with my cat's efforts to "supervise" her work, and she researches her cleaning products to make sure they're pet-friendly. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the service Laurie provides, and we highly recommend her to others.
