They were very responsive. Jesse suggested an alternate better design to that which I had proposed. Quoted on a Monday and were able to do the work the next day because they had a second job in progress in the neighborhood. I'm very pleased with the design, removal of the old gate/fence, installation, and clean-up.

He was really responsive. He came out, gave us a quote, and was out a week later to start the job. His prices were very good as well.

It took three men to do the job. Just to remove the old fence took half a day. Very patient and hard working! Willing to accommodate our requests and took care of the problems we didn't perceive. We thought the price very reasonable. We are still waiting for the finishing touch - a clip for the old gate that has been moved to the alley - but otherwise, we are very pleased.

I called for an estimate. They set up an appointment quickly. Brent was very pleasant and said he'd have an estimate for me by the next day. I waited two weeks and then called the company on a Friday and left a message. They returned my call the following Monday and were apologetic. Brent then called me later that day and promised to have an estimate to me by the next day. That was four days ago. I don't mind the waiting so much as the failure to keep to a schedule they'd set. If they'd just said that it would be awhile I'd be a lot less irritated.

Morrison Fence was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. Completed the work in a timely manner. Did a good job. I have used this company in the past, and would do so again.

Mr. Morrison returned my call promptly and provided a written proposal the next day. He scheduled the job within a few days and completed the work as promised, including a thorough clean-up. Mr. Morrison (Jesse) is a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations for quality at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the market for a fence.

We could not have chosen a better company to do the fence removal. Very reasonably price and very professional. Did a wonderful job.

This is a small friendly honest company. They were punctual and very willing to work with us to do what we needed. They seem very experienced. We did have to do some cleanup of mud and stray screws from the driveway after they left -- the ground was pretty muddy on the day they did the work. Also, some of the caps on the posts were not quite centered. But these are minor concerns. They are not perfectionists, but they gave us a competitive quote, did a nice job, and we are happy with the result.

I wanted the work done well and for a fair price. They did a good job on the fence. They should have knocked to let me know they were there. They almost drilled through a drainage pipe that I recently repaired. They drank a little beer during a break too, which was a little unprofessional. Overall, it was a good experience. I was mainly concerned with quality of materials and work. Cheap price and well built.

IT WAS GREAT. I THOUGHT THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE PEOPLE WERE GOOD. HE CAME OVER HIMSELF WITH A SMALL CREW. THEIR WORK LOOKED FINE. IT WAS DONE TEN DAYS AGO. IT IS GOOD SO FAR.

Excellent work at a reasonable price. Used existing fence as material for rebuilding fence. Cleaned up after job. Superior workmanship. Promptly done. No hassles of any kind. Amazed at the quality and thoroughness of their work. Fence actually looks better than the initial installation. Could not have asked for a better job.

OUR SCHEDULES WERE HARD TO COORDINATE TO ARRANGE A TIME TO MEET & GET AN ESTIMATE. I LEFT WORK EARLY ON TWO OCCASIONS TO BE HOME WHEN MR MORRISON THOUGHT HE COULD STOP BY. HE WAS A NO-SHOW ON BOTH OCCASIONS, PLUS A THIRD. THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME TO MOVE ON TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS QUICK BUT JESS DID NOT NOTE THE JOB DETAILS ON IT. HE PERFORMED WORK WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND WAS RUDE AND TALKED OVER ME WHEN I TRIED TO DISCUSS IT WITH HIM. I SAID I DIDN'T CALL YOU. HE SAID I DIDN'T HAVE YOUR WORK #(IRRELEVANT) I SAID YOU DID NOT USE STEEL POSTS. HE SAID THESE ARE BETTER (COST ME 3 INCHES ON FENCELINE). I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED AND OFFENDED BY THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. HE KEPT SAYING ARE YOU HAPPY, I SAID NO, I AM SHOCKED AND I DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL. THEN HE STARTED APOLOGIZING PROFUSELY WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING TO REPORT IT. HE DISCOUNTED THE JOB $53 BUT I NOW REALIZE I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID AT ALL WITHOUT SEEKING COUNSEL. I BELIEVE THEY USED MATERIALS FROM ANOTHER JOB, THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T GET MY POSTS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED MORE THAN $1000 FOR THE JOB. SINGLE WOMEN BEWARE THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT. I WAS SO SHOCKED AND UPSET THAT I PAID AND I REGRET IT. THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE AND MUST STOP.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! THEY HELPED WITH SUGGESTIONS IN MAKING MY FENCE LINE LOOK BETTER & BE MORE FUNCTIONAL! THEY EVEN PUT CONCRETE DOWN THE COMPLETE FENCE LINE SO NO GRASS/WEEDS WOULD GROW AROUND NEW FENCING!

JESSE MORRISON AND HIS CREW OF TWO, DAVE AND GIL, INSTALLED MY FENCE QUICKLY PROTECTING ME FROM AN UNSCRUPULOUS NEIGHBOR WHO WANTED TO CLAIM MY PROPERTY THROUGH ENCROACHMENT. OUR DRIVEWAYS JOINED TOGETHER AND I WAS UNAWARE THEY WERE ENCROACHING ON MY PROPERTY UNTIL I HAD A PIN SURVEY, (DONE IN SEPTEMBER,) TO HAVE THE FENCE INSTALLED. I WAS THREATENED WITH AN INJUNCTION BY THIS NEIGHBOR AS MORRISON FENCE COMPANY WAS ON SITE DOING THE INSTALLATION. THE MEN STAYED LATE, THE FIRST DAY, WORKING UNTIL THE FENCE ON THIS NEIGHBOR'S SIDE WAS COMPLETED. I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I WAS. THE THREE MEN RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THEIR EXCELLENT JOB. ALL REMAINS WELL!

MORRISON FENCE COMPANY WAS THE ONLY ONE WILLING TO HELP ME OUT OF A BIND. I HAD PURCHASED A VINYL FENCE THAT NEEDED TO BE PUT UP TO REPLACE AN OLD FENCE IN THE BACKYARD. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PERSON I HAD HIRED TO DO THE JOB WAS NOT ABLE TO. UPON CALLING DIFFERENT COMPANIES, I FOUND THAT UNLESS A FENCE IS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THE JOB. THE OWNER OF MORRISON FENCE COMPANY PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL AND SAID THAT THE JOB WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. THE DAY AFTER SPEAKING WITH HIM, HE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. WITHIN A DAY OF GIVING THEM MY OK, THE FENCE WAS UP AND LOOKED GREAT!

I REALLY WANT TO GIVE JESSE MORRISON A GOOD RATING. THERE ARE JUST A FEW THINGS THAT WERE FRUSTRATING HOWEVER. HE SEEMED POORLY ORGANZIED AND THERE WERE A TOTAL OF FIVE DIFFERENT ''FENCERS'' WE MET, EACH TAKING OVER THE JOB ON A DIFFERENT DAY. AS A RESULT I HAD TO KEEP EXPLAINING WHAT WE WANTED AND WHERE THE GATES WERE SUPPOSED TO GO. IN THE MIDST OF THIS, THE WRONG STYLE OF FENCE WAS ERECTED. WHEN I CALLED, JESSE PROMPLY MADE AMENDS. ULTIMATELY THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES THAT NEEDED REDONE AS THEY WERE POORLY DONE THE FIRST TIME (E.G.THE GATES AND LOCKS). JESSE DID MAKE THESE CHANGES WHEN ASKED.

THE COMPANY REP. CALLED PROMPTLY AND ARRANGED TO STOP BY EARLY ONE MORNING, BEFORE I WENT TO WORK, TO MEASURE AND DISCUSS THE DETAILS AND SPECIFICS OF COATED FENCES. HIS COMPANY TRUCK HAD BEEN STOLEN THE NIGHT BEFORE AND HE STILL ARRIVED PROMPTLY WITH A CO-WORKER. THE PRICE WAS WAY MORE THAN WE BUDGETED FOR. BUT WAS PROBABLY A FAIR PRICE FOR THE MATERIALS. WE JUST HAD NO CLUE.

HE TRIED TO TALK ME OUT OF GETTING A FENCE. HE DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN THE WORK AND SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO HAVE HIS NAME TAKEN OFF THE LIST.

JESSE MORRISON WAS GREAT. HE RETURNED MY CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE REPLACED THE RAILS ON MY SPLIT RAIL FENCE, RE-ATTACHED THE WIRE FENCING, AND ADJUSTED THE GATE SO IT WOULD CLOSE. JESSE AND HIS CREW WERE ALL POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB FIXING MY FENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WITH NO HESITATION.

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND THEN SOME!! WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ALSO CAME IN AT $1100 LESS THAN ANOTHER QUOTE!

MR. MORRISON CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEK OF US CALLING HIM. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING TO OUR FENCING NEEDS. HE RECOMMENDED SEVERAL STYLES. HIS ESTIMATE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED, BUT STILL IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE. WE HAVEN'T YET CHOSEN A COMPANY BUT HE WOULD BE ONE OF THE TOP TWO THAT WE WOULD PICK.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. VERY TIMELY WITH COMING OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, AND COMMENCED WORK WITHIN A WEEK. RETURNED ALL OF OUR PHONE CALLS, AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS ON-SITE. DEFINITELY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. VERY SATISFIED WITH QUALITY OF WORK. THEY DID THE ENTIRE PROJECT IN TWO DAYS. TALKED THROUGH ALL OF OUR CONCERNS, WITH US, REGARDING PLACEMENT OF THE FENCE, ETC.

EXCELLENT. MR. MORRISON GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ON SATURDAY, AND INSTALLATION BEGAN THE NEXT MONDAY (9 DAYS AFTER ESTIMATE). HIS STAFF WAS COURTEOUS, AND LEFT OUR YARD PERFECTLY CLEAN. THEY WERE DONE IN ONLY 2 DAYS! WE HAD OTHER ESTIMATES, AND THE PRICING WAS SIMILAR, FENCING IS EXPENSIVE. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!
