I use them every two weeks. That's two people for four hours. I give them As. I cannot see people I don't like.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR 1.5 YEARS NOW TO CLEAN MY DOWNSTAIRS. THEY COME IN AND CLEAN EVERY 2 WEEKS. ALWAYS A GOOD JOB, NEVER MISS ANYTHING. IVE BEEN HAPPY WITH MOLY MAID SINCE I HIRED THEM AFTER MY WIFE PASSED AWAY. THEY LEAVE A CHECK OFF LIST WITH EVERY THING THEY CLEANED. VERY PROFESSIONAL USUALLY TWO AT A TIME ARRIVE TO CLEAN USUALLY THE SAME 2 GIRLS EACH VISIT.

The service was excellent! Denise is our favorite she's always kind an makes sure my house is spotless!! I couldn't be happier with the service they provide!

)See above My husband and myself had to clean for two days to get all the doors clean, floors cleaned and everything they missed before the Realtor came to take pictures for the showing and MLS listing. I specifically told Audrey it had to be done for this reason Audrey did suggest to send the ladies back...but if they could not handle it the first time, why would I want them back! I even told the ladies here if they had to go over the quoted time, I would pay...they said no, they had enough time.

They bring their own cleaning materials and vacuum and do the floors in all the rooms, taking time to clean appliances in the kitchen. Amanda and Lisa have been great this past month. Thank you!

The service was horrible. First of all the first time cleaning (deep cleaning charge) cost was a bit high but I thought if they do a good job it would be worth the money going forward. Unfortunately that was a huge mistake. The first cleaning was ok nothing special. They told me that the hard water build up on the master bath shower would take a few cleanings before it would come off. I thought it was weird since the house was only about 6 months old and the hard water was not that bad but what do I know. FYI My new cleaning crew got it off first cleaning. Two weeks later they came back to do the second cleaning it was worse than the first. They missed multiple areas with the vacuum; they missed all the light fixtures, the stainless appliance looked like they really had not been cleaned and the bathrooms had to be touched up. So I was going to fire them then but thought let?s give it one more shot. That was a huge mistake. The third cleaning was a joke. I do not think they did anything. They even left food crumbs on the counter from what I assume was there lunch. The really kicker of it is the crumbs on the counter were right next to the check list that stated everything that they had done and when I check almost non of it was done. I could give you a huge list of things that were missed but I think you get the idea. When I called about the poor service I got there answering machine. I explained that I was not happy and that the cleaning was awful and I was planning on canceling my service that I need someone to call me. I left my information and waited a week and a half later 3 days before they were to come back out I called them to cancel the service because they must not care because no one had the courtesy to call me back. I explained who I was and that I wanted to cancel my service. The women on the phone said oh yea I got your message and cancelled it already. I said OK and she said goodbye. She could have cared less why I was unhappy or that the service they supposedly guarantee was not up to standards. It is all about the money for these people they do not care about quality or there service. I would highly recommend staying away....

I called for an estimate after receiving a coupon for ?fifty dollars off after 5 cleanings. I had to make several calls to make certain the coupon I received in the mail was applied. but in the end it was fine. The services were provided as agreed upon and weekly charges were billed to my credit card. The two cleaners work straight for about an hour and a half. They bring their own cleaning materials and are careful not to let the pets run out. At the end they lleave a sheet that lists what they did. l'm quite satisfied overall, trust the cleaners and know that the company is bonded. Do make sure any company you choose understands your expectations and you understand what they do and do not do.

All cleanings have been thorough and the staff has been friendly. Each cleaning team is a little different, so once you find the one that bests suits your needs, it is best to request that team. We had an issue with a Molly Maid car and parking and the owner, Bret Holbrook worked it out with us fairly and professionally. We have had five cleanings with them and signed a contract for continued service.

Overall, I would never trust them back in my home again. They marked up one wall, pretty bad. Also, they made my dog so nervous when I was not here, that he had several accidents (which he never, EVER has accidents unless someone provokes to beyond his limits). I also have a call into the BBB becuase of the lack of professionalism and truly false statements were made during the estimate.

They come out twice a month. They charge $110 for each visit. They are there for an hour and a half. They have been good so far. My overall experience with them was excellent.

At first they were really good but work deteriorated over time. A large turnover with help. They became so lackadaisical they were leaving stains in the toilets and only dusting the front edge of dining table, dressers, etc. Not dusting wooden objects on tables, lamps etc. once left standing water on the hardwood floors. First complaint they responded very helpfully. Second complaint was discussed with owner and the results were insulting. After that I dropped the service.

They were good. I like them. They were here for about an hour.

I decided to discontinue work with them some time ago. I didn’t think their work was satisfactory.

I just felt like every time I would get home from a cleaning, I had to walk around the house and adjust photo frames, wall art and items on shelves or dressers.- Almost like a mini-tornado occurred. I think they are moving way too fast. I have no idea how long they actually clean as I was always at work but for two people tag-teaming a 2,000 sq. foot house...I would expect not to see cobwebs on my lights and lamp shades. And then there were a couple times where a vase and a small figurine were broken and nothing was said about that to me on my note from them. I found out about the vase by looking to use it for flowers...no where to be found. And I didn't miss place it. I am canceling them today.

On the last visit they jammed up all my blinds. They did not leave note or anything about them. They have broken things and not told me about it. I have used them about two or three years. I have given them plenty of time. They ruined one of my carpets with their vacuum cleaner. They did pay for that. Then, the next time they broke a piece of glass. She offered turn it in but she was upset and crying so I did not turn it in. They break little things without telling me. I am tired of them leaving and not saying what is going on. The last visit the cleaning was terrible. Behind the TV and other areas that should have been dusted had not been. One of the girls was new. Tammy and Diamond came out to clean this last time.

She ended up redecorating my kitchen. I had trouble finding things once they left and had to put it back. She went back to the bedroom to clean, she had taken everything off my dresser and put it on the bed. I just wanted her to clean the floors. The lady in the bathroom did a good job. I had walked them around my house and showed them what I wanted. Another group came for another cleaning and I showed them what I wanted done. One lady insisted on cleaning the chandelier but it was low on my priority list. They did what I wanted but also did alot of other things that I didn't need.

I actually wasn't too pleased about them. They weren't very detailed. I think their policy is that they're not allowed to pick things up and clean underneath stuff, so I wasn't happy with them. I think the pricing was fair for the size of our house, it was just the inattention to detail I was unhappy with. I probably wouldn't use them again.

My previous housekeeper was moving, so I called for an estimate on a new service to clean my town home. The cost ended up being too high, so I went with another company.

They worked the entire 2 hour time and did a very good job over the whole house. The only issue I had was communication with Molly Maid. They called several times trying to locate the house even after I gave them directions.

They snagged my carpet. They came back to repair it, but they did not get prior permission to enter our home. My husband was downstairs working, so needless to say, that did not go well. They only came on certain days and this was not one of those days. I had no problems with the cleaners. It was the owner that helped himself and the contractors inside.
