Had the home exterior and the deck painted, they have done a great job. Based on their work ethics and quality of work I have hired them for another project as well and I will share further progress on that when that completes. For this project a solid 5 star

The project included replacement and repair of rotted wood on an outdoor porch overhang attached to my garage. Project ended up needing a roof replacement and new gutters. In addition, I requested that contractor close in areas of patio design where birds nested. This new ceiling required lots of detail work and painting. I was pleased with the attention to detail on the project. Workmen arrived on time and work was completed in an acceptable amount of time. I believe the price for the overall project was reasonable.

The painters were were careful and provided the two coats of paint I asked for. Painted all the wood including trim and gutters and down spouts.

Misa ,performed everything we discussed. He did a very good job on replacing wood/cedar siding on our home. Wrapped and caulked everything. While there he had a crew check my roof for damage and did that work. Also he was able to contact his paint crew to power wash and paint the new wood along with existing wood to make the house look new.

Misa was thorough and kind. He and his team got the job done in a day and left the property spotless.

He is very hard working, he gets the exact materials you want and he's very timing. He does not delay with the job. I'm satisfied with the work he did for me. My house is painted so well, good looking and I'm just pleased with him his work. Try him and you will not regret.

Did not remove 30% of flaking old paint. Paint still peeling under spray. House has overspray on bricks and roof and screens on front porch. Did not offer to come back and correct problems.

The project to paint my house included major prep work that required sanding and caulking to restore a smooth surface prior to painting. Absolutely beautiful once finished. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Excellent work and reasonable price that happened to be best deal for me of the 3 bids I got for repairing and staining my deck. Only took a day and half, best time of the 3 bids--quick to get to the job and efficient careful work that was projected by others to be a 3 day job. I will hireth again

Gets the work done on time.

I decided to hold off on writing a review, to give Misa a chance to fix his mistakes. Since his final work is complete, I can now write this review, and I am disappointed that my opinion of his work has not changed. I hired Misa to tear down my old fence and install a new 6 foot wooden fence. After the job was completed, and after it rained, I noticed that the fence was warping really badly. I have pictures of the warping fence that I sent to Misa. He claimed that the warping is not his fault because*he did not make the wood*. He also claimed that the wood was warping because it is *new wood*. Eventually he admitted that the fence was not done right, he blamed it on his new workers and he regretted not being present at my home the entire time the fence was installed. He said he would replace one section of the warping fence. After he replaced the wood panels and added a third bar (Misas crew originally only used two bars), the entire side of the fence was uneven. I contacted him again about this and he said it was because my ground is uneven. However, my previous fence that came with my home was even. My home sits on a regular size lot in a subdivision, it is not on a hill. Yet, one side of the fence that Misa installed is noticeably higher than the other end of the fence that Misa installed. All I wanted is a new fence. I paid Misa in full, but now, I am stuck with a visibly uneven fence.

Misas did a good job, Power washed house,painted the trim.Repaired a window sill and replaced a window. Contractor installed a bathroom faucet.Good ,professional job at a reasonable cost.

On the day of the work, they showed up on time and finished in a few hours. I was impressed by the way I was kept informed throughout the project.
