Miracle Method of Columbus

Outstanding, shower pans look like new as do new caulk lines. Shower wall screw holes where old shower door was attached were filled-in and finished so there is no evidence there were ever holes the walls. I have Miracle Method before and they always do excellent work.

Day 1 involved laying the fiberglas liner to cover the 3" crack. Masking, venilation was as expected. Spray new cover coat, clean up. Day 2 was further clean up, buff to gloss finish, caulk as required. The only "negative" was that cleanup was not as through as I would have desired. Buffing dust remained behind toilet. Masking tape tore drywall paper requiring me to patch and paint. Got my fingers crossed that the repair lasts 3-5 years to get cost of repair offset by use.

We contacted Miracle Method back in November after seeing all the positive reviews on Angie's List. Bob came out and gave us a detailed quote. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me. My wife wanted to see the samples of refinishing in their showroom so we visited and again, Bob was there to answer all our questions. We chose to refinish a bathtub & tile walls in our guest bath, along with the shower & tile walls in the master bath. Both had shown their age as the house is 20 years old. We also chose to install a shower door in each bathroom. We had a major renovation being done to our basement so once that was completed, we called Miracle Method to schedule. The scheduling process was very easy. We dealt with April and she was awesome. We scheduled the work about three weeks out. The whole process took two days. The first day Doug, John, and Paris came out and did the refinishing. They were very diligent is masking everything off prior to the work. The second day Doug came back and buffed everything out and applied the optional textured bottom. The workers were great - very conscientious about every detail, and they made sure at the end of the process we were happy with the work. All in all, this was a very positive experience. The tub and shower look brand new. It was MUCH less expensive than replacement and we can't tell the difference. If you're considering refinishing, you HAVE to call these guys.

Orlando, the Miracle Method tech, explained the whole process and kept me informed of his progress. He was very professional and courteous and attentive to details in his clean-up after the work was complete. I had read several of the reviews for Miracle Method and was expecting to experience a long period of time with a paint/chemical odor. I followed Orlando's suggestion and was very pleasantly surprised by the fact that most of the odor dissipated within 3 to 4 hours. And the best part is my shower stall base looks brand new. Came as scheduled --- Very careful to cover things and minimize order. Day one they refinished the counter --- long counter in the bathroom. Day two they removed all protection materials and did the finish step. Looks great -- got rid of major stains from 40 years of wear.

kI really like the first person who came. Justin. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. He did all he could to reduce the odor of the surface product so that it did not permeate the house. The second worker who came the next day did not vent the bathroom when he put on the skid resistance product and I felt ignored my concern that the odor would spread through the house, April who I worked with by phone was friendly, professional and helpful. The bathtub looks new, You have to use only certain products to clean it but I am happy with the resurfacing.

Did a very nice job. Recoated an old aqua color tub with a white finish. Applied finish one day. polished, caulked and cleaned up on second day. Very punctual. Employees courteous and professional. Nice showroom and knowledgeable sales people.

What were we waiting for, my husband and me to update the shower, pan & vanity top in our bathroom??!! After this two day process, we are BLOWN AWAY at how GREAT out bathroom looks now. Doug arrived first at our home to begin the process & prep work to ready the surface in the shower. He is polite, professional, KNOWS HIS JOB!!!! One thing that I loved was how he kept me informed as to each step - what he was doing and how and showed me what was going on a few times throughout the job. Mid day he told me that another guy was joining him in the early afternoon, Luis, to please be watching for him. Luis arrived on time and the two gentlemen really got going then. I didn't know what was happening but I knew (after I saw it) that GREAT things were happening!!! After the base coat and color was finished Doug invited me into the bathroom to check it out. I was blown away at the NEW bath I had!!! My husband is STILL commenting at how much he loves the new look! We don't even close the shower door now - every time we use the bathroom we admire it! There is an odor but dissipates quickly - almost totally gone by day two, which brings me to my guy Paris who came by Saturday to take down all of the masking, grout the corners of the shower, clean up everything. Again, arrived on time, polite, neat, professional. Gave me great tips on keeping the shower clean - an easy wipe down after a shower - DONE!!! When Bob Brand our sales rep came by the house (again, on time, very polite, professional) to check out the bath work we needed done, he & I went to my kitchen to check out what I can have done there too. Another 50-60 yr old laminate counter top, back splash and wrap-around wall material used there. He said sure we can do this too. Well, my husband and I have already decided to have the Miracle Method team back in the near future to give our out dated kitchen a fabulous new look too! I cannot wait for this to happen! Both my husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the MIRACLE METHOD TEAM to do what ONLY THEY can do BEST!!! There are imitators of this process but this team have PATENTED this process. No one does what this group does and MIRACLE METHOD does it BEST!!! Thank you for a job well done!

They provided a drain rebuild service for the tub. They ground out the metal and replaced it with fiber glass. In the end I got what I wanted, but the first guy they sent out did a terrible job. The hole he cut out was too large and the wrong shape. The company sent out another guy to do the job correctly free of cost. It did cost me another plumber trip, however. I had no problem contacting the company, but it did take about 3 weeks to get them scheduled out initially.

It was awesome! I want to give the tech, David Reber, recognition for his work. I was very impressed with him.

The project to refinish our ugly 18 year old green tiled shower and tub deck took two long days and a bit more work than the technicians had planned on. The lead technician Paris communicated the steps necessary to complete the project, and he kept us informed of their progress. We are very pleased with the end result! The process is smelly and creates a great deal of dust in and around the room being done - be prepared. We had a great deal of clean up to do in the bathroom that was done, and the hallways leading to the room. Paris was very professional with us, and is a great asset to Miracle Method.

They were very nice. They took care of everything. They kept everything nice and neat. They put plastic everywhere to prevent damage. It was great. They're very good. They were on time. It's wonderful. Every time we e-mail them and we have questions they answer ask within an hour.

They did an excellent job and we had used them at a previous location and had been very impressed with the service. Overall, an excellent service experience however, I would advise that if one can leave the house during the day while the refinishing is being done it is for the best as the odor is quite strong for the first day or so.

The scheduling was very prompt and great to work with. I had to reschedule my day and time for the work to be done and they were great at offering options that met my needs. They arrived promptly at the time given and worked among the moving chaos are our home. The second day, he was again on time and pleasant to talk with. Upon completion of the job, I noticed that there was white over-spray on my woodwork, walls and small prints on my newly finished wood floors. There were several less than perfect, non glossy, smudged marks on the tub. Not at all what I expected. I called to have a tech come out and fix. A manager was there the next business day and correct all issues to our satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised at the sense of urgency to fix the issues. all was corrected and cleaned up. I would use them again, should I again need their services.

I did a ton of research about painting my cast iron tub. I actually even sanded it and painted it myself the first time. The products that you get at Lowes or Home Depot just are not high enough quality. Eventually, I visited Miracle Method in Grove City before I made my decision. They were higher priced than some of the competitors, The estimate that they gave me was just over $500 and I told them that I lived in Lancaster when I visited and received this estimate. The day of painting: I already had prepped the entire tub by sanding and removing the old paint that was flaking. This work was even included in the estimate. None of this work was done by Miracle Method. He started painting the tub and I told him that it did not match the toilet that I wanted him to match. He said that it would, once it dried and the clear coat was put on it. I did not believe that so he sprayed a sample on a piece of paper and compared it to the toilet and it did match. He had me sign this random piece of paper, NOT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A WHITE SHEET OF PAPER WITH THE PAINT. He continued painting and finished. After the paint was all dry, guess what, THE TUB DOES NOT MATCH THE TOILET. I called the guy that painted the tub the next day and he claimed, "Well you signed the piece of paper with paint on it that I have in my van". The employee called Miracle Method and they said that they would gladly send someone back out to repaint the tub, for ANOTHER $250. And on top of that I received my bill about a week later in the mail and it cost $750 for Miracle Method to paint my tub to not match in my bathroom. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

They were GREAT....I would use them again & again!!!! Can't say enough wonderful things about them.

The end result was great. One glitch - the first person who started the job didn't quite do it right, the guy who came in the next day to do the final buffing realized it and immediately made plans with me and the company to have the initial glazing completely re-done at no cost to me. I felt the goof was handled very professionally and we've been happy with the results since. It did take some extra time on my part to deal with the problem, but they were more than accommodating and really did the right thing. They were more expensive than some competitors, but I needed the job done soon so went with them - I'm glad I did.

They knocked out the job quickly and the finished product was fantastic. There was only one hiccup to the whole exchange, which is that the technician forgot to caulk part of the tub after he completed work on it. I noticed the slip up, called to complain, and they were right on it. They apologized appropriately and had a technician out the next day to complete the work, free of charge. No hassle, no fuss. I even got a call from the technician personally to admit to his mistake and apologize. It was so easy to make it right, it was hardly even a blip on the radar. Great job Miracle Method!

Absolutely amazing results. Refinished a fiberglass bathtub and surround that was original to my 1980's built condo. The gel coat had long since been scrubbed away and was impossible to clean. Coupled with that, I had glass shower doors - also impossible to keep clean. I removed the shower doors prior to the refinishing. They patched the holes, got rid of all of the old caulking, and literally used some miracle formula to clean the tub and refinish it. It went from a dingy beige to a sparkling bright white. I had a beige vanity and white china bowl that had been dinged up. They fixed the bowl and refinished the counter top - again, both now sparkling white. If you are considering a bathroom upgrade and budget is a concern, you need to consider this as an option. They literally covered up everything that wasn't getting refinished - the walls, toilet, door, cabinets, etc. to ensure the products being used would only reach the intended target. I have a good as new tub, without the hassle of a drawn out and expensive demo. I only have one full bath in my condo, so this was also a great option as I was really only without my bathtub for a day. The only con, if there is one, is there is a strong chemical smell (which they warn you about and should come as no surprise). It dissipates after a couple of days and wasn't an issue for as as we were anticipating it.

Excellent. Prompt, professional service. Explained the process to me each step of the way. Keep work area clean and cleaned up after himself once the total project was completed. Was very refreshing to find someone who takes true pride in their work. The quality is fantastic. Was NOT an inconvenience having David in our home for 3 days.

They did a great job! The sales guy was very punctual and helped me decide which colors I wanted to use. The tub was old and beat up, with several chips and cracks in the tile. Now it looks new and it's a lot easier to clean. The process was a little smelly, like there were lots of permanent markers open, but they ventilated it pretty well and sealed off the room so it wasn't too bad.

This business is remarkable! Completely professional from the first contact (for an estimate and explanation of service) to completion of the work. Paris (our technician) was always on time, very professional, explained everything he was going to do, the length of time of the job, etc. Everything he told us was completely accurate. Also, his set up, work and clean-up was immaculate. I would (will) definitely use Miracle Method (Columbus) again and recommend them to ANYONE who needs to have resurfacing work done. Our home is only 11 years old; however, we had cracks in our solid surface kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks. The cost of replacement would be well over $6,000 (and we couldn't justify that since the countertops were fine, only the sinks were cracked). When Miracle Method came out and gave us an estimate for the work, it was clear this was the best solution. We are so glad that we did this (we feel good and proud about our home again!) The estimate was EXACTLY what we were told (in fact less because Paris mentioned we should get a coupon from Angie's List, which we did). The project went fairly well except for a small chip and the chaulking was a bit too thin. I called the provider and they were very responsive and fixed it right away. I was very impressed by their responsiveness. We've been using the tub a couple months now and it looks like new.

Jeff did great job. Masked off most of our small bathroom, called to let us know when he would be there, did a beautiful job on the tub (looks new), and cleaned up afterwards. Took 2 days from start to finish, well worth it.
