They were excellent. They came in one day and prepared everything, came back the next day and did all the spraying. They were very prompt and professional.

Excellent results! Tub looks new again! Walls look great as well. The process does give off a strong odor but the end results are worth it. We also had a shower door installed. The entire process took 4 days. This completely changed and updated our bathroom! Would not hesitate to recommend Miracle Method. We visited the showroom before we hired them and they answered our questions. The showroom really is a big help for anyone planning a project.

The tub looks fantastic and they were able to repair the one wall tile without me having to redo the entire room. There was concern that the wall around the tub would peel when the tub was stripped and/or the color wouldn't match.. A savings of over $1000. The technician, Corey, was prompt and polite. He left the bathroom spotless. The technician on the second day was just as polite, prompt and tidy.

We couldn't be happier. It really looks better now than it did new. They did a great job and gave us a 5 year warranty on their work. Everyone was professional from the people in the showroom to the estimator to the employees doing the work. Special thanks to Cory and Travis for their work on the floor. They were outstanding. We would definitely recommend this company.

They did a great job. It was a two day process, and the technician did a great job explaining what they were doing each day, and even gave me a great homemade tip to counteract the smell. The smell is very strong, and even with windows open and fans on, does permeate the house. However, my 1930 era bathtub looks brand new.

Sarah Sales was very professional and effecient in explaining the services provided by "Miracle Method" and was quite confident their bathtub resurfacingprocess would meet our needs. Toni the technician arrived on-time, completed the work (including getting rid of the low spot), and clearly explained the proper care and treatment of the newly resurfaced bathtub. We later noticed that one small area of the tub was rougher than expected and called Miracle Method for resolution. Toni returned and repolished the bathtub surface. The final outcome was noticably better and we were quite pleased. We would certainly recomend Miracle Method Surface Refinishing services to others.

Very well. They were prompt and professional. Smell is pretty strong but we slept in our quest room for a few days until the smell was manageable. Think ahead of time about what color caulk you want and if you want the soap holder, towel rack, etc. color/texture to be the same as the shower walls.

Okay. There was some over spray on other surfaces. I did not contact them about this as we were selling the house and the over spray wasn't too bad.

Went very well and looked very nice.

First time wasn't done properly so they had to come back and do it all again. After awhile there was a grayish blue color on the tub floor. I scrubbed and scrubbed and it wouldn't come up. Finally called the company and someone came out and applied a product and most of it came up. He told me to use Fantastic on it if it happened again. Said he had only seen this happy one other time and it was from the soap the people were using. Grayish blue color came back and Fantastik didn't do a thing to remove the stain. Called the company again and they said it had been a year since work was done and that wasn't covered under the warranty. If they came back we would have to pay. Woman on the phone said to use Soft Scrub and that works pretty well. stain still isn't completely gone. The finish seems to be porous. We have had our tub refinished twice over the years, and it was not near this price, and we've never had any problem. This was not cheap and I think it should be taken care of. Would never recommend them.

Fantastic. It was a quick 2 day job and things looks great when they were gone. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and I will for other rental units and my own home.

The 39 yr old bathroom tub and tile look brand new. The job took longer than expected, but I'm glad they took their time to do it right instead of just quick. We had the tub and tile resurfaced in smooth white.

When the tech came back on the second to sand and polish, he noticed one of the repaired areas had given way. He fixed it and came back the next day to finish the job.

Our bathroom looks incredible now. Completely different. Better than we had hoped or expected. The sales person who came to our home arrived on time, was very professional, explained everything that would be done as well as an accurate cost. I wanted to go to the showroom to see more samples. Again, very friendly and professional. The installers arrived on time, respected our home, were very professional and explained everything they were doing. The quality of work was excellent. Very detail oriented and thorough. We could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

The work was done as scheduled and in a shorter period of time than was estimated. The cost was reasonable and I was very happy. They left the job site spotless and were very polite.

I visited the Miracle Method showroom to see examples of the finishes. Sara answered my questions and provided some preliminary pricing. We arranged to meet at my home and review the job. Her original estimate was right on target and she showed up during a snowstorm. The technician was scheduled for March 8th and 9th. He arrived on time, in a business truck and was very professional. Calvin protected my flooring and walls. The process takes about a day and a half. He explained periodically exactly what the process was and welcomed me to review his work. I was curious about how it was done! The shower looks better than new. No mess - just a little smell that should dissipate in the next day or two. This was a cost effective and easy way to update my pink tiled shower to white.

The first crew that was sent to my house spent all day prepping the bathroom before resurfacing the tub and tiles (approximately 7 hrs) then applied all 7 coats of product in about an 1 hour 15 minutes. When they were finished and asked me to see their work I couldn't believe it. It looked like a 3 yr old could have done better! All of the grout lines that they had gone over with grout had not been wiped down (the grout lines looked better before they did them). Almost ever edge where the tile met the wall was drippy. Some areas that needed grout were never done. I told them at the start that I had not cleaned under the soap dish that was to be sprayed and they painted right over the soap scum. The entire job was full of grit and air bubbles. I called the office the next morning and they sent out a second crew. After seeing what the first crew had done, they said they could understand why I was so upset. They then spent all day removing the product from the grout lines with razor knives and sanding all the drips. They came back the next day with their supervisor. I told him that the whole job needed to be stripped and redone. He told me that what they had done would look fine once they resprayed. Then all three men spent the rest of the day fixing the rest of the mess and took less than 1:30 respraying. The next day they came and buffed the tub and rough areas. From a distance the bathroom looks good. Once you are in the bathroom you can see what a mess it still is. The entire job is still full of grit and dirt and air bubbles. The tub felt like sand paper and had to be rebuffed. There was an area I bumped with a wallpaper roller (rubber) and the paint came right off the tile. It certainly didn't look like seven coats of product, It looked more like two. They also sprayed over the soap scum on the soap dish again even though I pointed it out to them to again. The only thing that was lucky about this whole thing is that I was going to have them do the floor as well, but when I took the toilet out half of the floor tiles cam up with it, so I ended up putting a new tile floor in. Their price for spraying the floor would have been $795 and it only cost me $927 for entirely new floor (that is labor and materials). I cancelled my kitchen countertops! I had gone to the showroom before deciding to use Miracle Method. I guarantee that the finished result looks nothing like what they have in the showroom. I would never recommend this company to anyone. What a waste of money. There is a five year warranty. I doubt it lasts one year.

Outstanding, shower pans look like new as do new caulk lines. Shower wall screw holes where old shower door was attached were filled-in and finished so there is no evidence there were ever holes the walls. I have Miracle Method before and they always do excellent work.
